 + 1 moreHe introduced us to the granite guy on a wednesday. Paid him half to get the material and told him not to deposit the ck until friday. Went straight to the bank. Cost me $100. Brown construction did the backsplash and we were pleased. His guys put the electric plugs back in the wall with a sheetrock screw . One plug totally popped back out and now we can not use. Would have to destroy the new backsplash to fix. the others are all loose. Did not stabilize. The main problem is that we had all this work lined out and he never would show back up . Did not call or anything. Ran into him and he said he was overwhelmed. He has been doing this for over 30 years. We really liked him but he is very unorganized and unprofessional. Had us scheduled and then told us some other lady wanted her kitchen done before xmas and that was more important than doing all our work. Then we never heard from him again. This seems to be the norm in trades people. The work was shoddy. Like I said....he was a super nice guy and we liked him,,,,but very unprofessional and totally undependable. I text him about the plugs not being put in right and he acted like I was lying. Said he would fix in a couple of days and again never heard back. When I ran into him he did not seem to concerned about it at all. People need to know about guys like this. If you hire him......GOOD LUCK!
Description of Work: He was supposed to do a lot of different work. He did the backsplash which was good . We had a lot of work for him to do. Windows, siding, repairing some rotten wood, doors and frames. Problem is ....
