Description of Work: I purchased a home that had been in foreclosure. The pool was a swamp with 2-3 feet of disgusting green slime and terrible stains along the bottom and sides. Swim Ready showed up on time, removed the stains and I had a sparkling, clean pool in just two days. I'm very happy with their service. I will gladly use them again in the future and I'm pleased to recommend them.

Description of Work: One person came to give an estimate for completing Deck, coping, retaing wall, plaster. My previous contractor abandoned after completing the gunite. This person who came and took measurements and said he will give me estimate in a 2 weeks. I called them and reminded them after two weeks. But as of today no response.

+ -1 moreI called and explained the problem I was having with my filter and set up an appointment. The lady on the phone was not terribly rude, but her lack of "friendliness" and rush rush in her voice was noticeable and left a slight negative impression, thus the "good" instead of "excellent" overall rating. The pool man arrived for the appointment on time and was friendly and professional. He found the problem and cleaned the filter and answered all of my questions.
Description of Work: Filter cleaned and air release valve replaced.
