They won?t answer my texts after paying for a 3 year contract

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They got rid of the termites before it became a big problem. I use them regularly for pest management.

We paid over $8k for an issue that was never fully resolved. When rodents created a new hole that was covered under warranty, I escalated to Bug-it over 6 weeks ago to get it fixed. They have been out to my house three separate times since then without fixing the hole. We can not sleep at night anymore due to the noise in our attic. Do not give them your money.

I have used them to get rid of flies and fruit bugs and also monthly maintenance and they completely got rid of the fries. Great customer service very professional and knowledgeable.

Ed and Kevin were great! I literally caught a termite red handed in my walls. I had terrible anxiety about what damage was being done and how bad it would be. Ed came out surveyed my property and put together a comprehensive plan of attack. Kevin was very easy to work with on financing and we got everything taken care from initial inspection to first treatment within a few days. I highly recommend!

They were very professional, and would rather offer the more affordable option to deal with the problem rather than the most expensive fix Due to the mice finding different ways in, they sealed off all the homes with foam and chicken wire, replaced the insulation fully, and were open to any and all questions regarding what needs to be done
