This was my first time using this company but Ed was so informative and professional I'm sure that I will use you again. He was knowledgable and took his time to ensure that I understood exactly what I needed to cure the problem I was experiencing.

Ed demonstrated character that is essential in life, particularly business. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, approachable, and respectful. He answered questions, made recommendations - minus sales pitches, and quickly resolved my pest issue. In short, he was a godsend. Literally.

Ed was very informative, flexible to take care of all issues- didnâ t have to reschedule customer service was great. We will use again.

These guys are GOOD !!!! Ask for Ed !!! I’m busy and leave early morning and Ed was here at 6 AM as I requested !!! People don’t do that!!! You want it DONE RIGHT BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ASK FOR ED !!! I had a mouse problem and Ed explained the process and got on it and I have not seen signs of this rodents since he left. Smaller company but don’t let that fool you. THEY ATE GOOD !!!! You can call the big name national guys but I’m an independent businessman and want to deal with the same. That’s Ed. Don’t waste time and money on a big national name when you can get a serious pro locally in the DFW METROPLEX with BUG IT !!! Ask for ED and tell them Nathan Myers told you to call !!!! Ed explained to me in detail about termites and what course of action I would need for my home. So far the service was great. I'll be able to give a better assessment as time goes on.

The representative was very timely, very professional and respectful of the COVID 19 protocols. He came back the next day, performed the work with no distractions to us. He was very neat and efficient. At this point, I have to trust that the termites are eliminated and will not return.

George was very polite and was great at taking care of removing the dead animal we had discovered in our yard. He disinfected deodorized the area where we found him as well as the container we had put the animal overnight.

I felt like I was treated as a person and not just one of many customers that they were scheduling in. Terriel responded to me very quickly when I initially reached out. He was able to come to my house for an inspection and showed me what he was seeing; he answered all my questions thoroughly. Then he was able to schedule a treatment in a timely manner that was suitable to my schedule. I highly recommend them.
