I have never given any experience with service providers a straight "A" in every category. This is the first and for good reasons: Jesse Elizondo and his company executed their work with complete professionalism. If he made a promise, he kept it. He was on time, showed for work everyday and worked without a break (so it seemed). Every day he left my house and yard completely clean, his two assistants were courteous, and if any adjustment to the plan was needed, he checked first and then completed the project ahead of schedule. After painting every screw head to match the siding, he had his men wipe down the entire house. Thats right. the entire house. While he bid the job, and was non-negotiable on the price, the value of having EVERYTHING done correctly and exceeding my expectations justifies every penny. He is a gentleman and is honest. My only wish is that he could perform anything else that might come up on the house in the future. He bid the job last October and told us when he would slot our project and held to it. It turns out this was well worth the wait. Do yourself a favor and get him to bid your project! AAA+++!!!

The selling and purchasing process was very easy and transparent. The responsiveness and quality of work was excellent. The time frame was met and our house looks wonderful!

It went so great! Jesse was so awesome to work with. He keeps you posted on the work progression. He is so kind and nice keeps your best interest at hand. He is such a professional and really cares about the details of his work. He added little details that made the house look awesome! He was punctual and his workers were great also. I was so happy with how well it went that we are planning on using him to replace our fence and windows. He pricing was much cheaper than the other bids and he backs it up with great quality of material and labor. He really cares about his customers! We had to wait a few months to get scheduled because his does a lot of business but he was worth the wait. Anyone who has uses Affordable Siding will not be disappointed1

Jesse of Affordable Siding & Windows arrived as scheduled to show me the vinyl siding examples and give an estimate for the job. He also had photos, before and after shots of houses similar to mine that he had installed vinyl siding. Jesse answered my many questions about the installation process as well as suggestions about improving the attic ventilation. The price Jesse quoted for vinyl siding was similar in cost to some other contractors that were only going to replace part of my old siding and facia boards with Hardie board or some composite that I would still need to paint in the future. My obvious choice was to go with the vinyl siding. I'll never have to paint anything on the exterior again. Best thing about the installation was that Jesse was the crew leader, he was there for the entire install and he remembered all the special requests I'd made during the initial job estimate. Excellent job overall.

Jessi and his team performed all the work as promised and without any surprises or additional costs. From the initial consultation, Jessi went around the house explaining what was to be done and how long it was going to take. He and his team were at the house early every morning and were very organized and professional with everything they did. They cleaned as they worked and if anything was removed from a wall or ceiling, it was cleaned before being put back. Whenever we had to contact him for any question, he would answer the phone immediately or call me right back. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work that was performed and the way it looks in our house. I will highly recommend Jessi and his team at Affordable Siding to anyone requiring siding or any remodeling job around their house.

Affordable siding went above and beyond expectations. It's a smaller company but the pride in their work is evident. It took a while to get the project started but this was told upfront. He does not subcontract and its s family business. I would rather wait than have a company pull people off the street to install the vinyl. He was very quick to respond and periodically sent pictures to update me. He also helped with color selection and gave me some great ideas for color scheme. He repainted garage doors, hung new house numbers even a new door bell because he wanted everything to look new. His family was equally nice, polite and hard working. On nights I did not see him before he left he would call to check up on days work and if we liked despite the fact I would see him each morning. As I mentioned before, complete pride and dedication to his work. I highly recommend and next he will be doing all of the Windows.

I bought our first house one year ago. The house was a renter's house so everything about was plain. The house structure and everything was still in great condition. We got it for a very good price way below market value. So with the extrA money we saved we wanted to use that to update our home and make it our dream home. We join angies list and all our contractors we hired was off angies list. We had contractors install our wood floors. We hired contractors to reface our cabinets. We hired contractors to paint our interior and so on. Out of all the company we hired, Affordable siding we must say was the best choice we made for our home. There's so much good things I can say about this company. Their work was great. Jesse help me through everything. He help pick the right type of siding, roof shingles, and windows. All the work was flawless. I'm a perfectionist. Everything looks great. I feel like I have the nicest house on the block now. Thanks to Jesse and his team. I am very happy. Jesse and his team showed up on time and was very polite. Jesse is easy to talk to and if you have any questions he's only a phone call away. He answer all my calls and answer any concerns that I had. His price was way cheaper than anybody's else. If Jesse did anything else besides siding and windows. I'll would hire him in a heartbeat. I highly recommend affordable siding to anybody looking for the complete package.

Everything went perfectly. They came the day Jesse said they would, worked not stop each day. Every thing was done just as Jesse said it would be done. Nothing was left undone. I could not be more pleased. I know that no other company could have done all that was done as good or as efficiently as was done by Affordable Siding.

After 12 years of home ownership, Jessie is the best contractor we've ever hired. Jessie showed up to give me an estimate back in July 2015, and he was both the nicest and least expensive of the 3 contractors we interviewed. He was booked 4 months out, but he told me when I signed the contract in July that he wouldn't get to us until Nov. He showed up in Nov as promised and kept us up to date in the intervening months via text messaging. When he came over the first day of work, he told us before he arrived the time and date to expect him and his crew. They arrived on time, were polite, kept the noise levels as minimal as possible, and cleaned up after themselves. I never heard any profanity or yelling. He said it would take 5 days, and it took exactly 5 days. They worked hard the whole time from about 6:30 AM - 4 PM most days. Without being asked, he replaced our address numbers and doorbell. He figured out that our dryer vent was clogged while replacing the root, and he both unclogged it and replaced the vent thing on the roof. He reattached our rooftop antenna in a much more attractive location where it could not be seen from the street. He said if we bought a light fixture for the porch, he would install it. He found a random cord that was stuffed into the prior plywood by our internet provider, and he got his guys to bury it. He painted the front door, patio door, garage door, electric meter, etc a matching color. He installed new shutters, which look even better than we thought. He advised on all colors, which we a huge help as part of the reason for the remodel was resale value and we wanted something generically pleasing. He also covered a shelf with vinyl siding instead of leaving it the legacy ugly green color. Everything extra he did was included in the original price, and the original estimate was exactly the price on the final invoice. Jessie noticed that our windows needed to be replaced, and he politely mentioned when finishing up that he did the siding work so that they could be easily replaced when or if we decided to do them in the future. He did not pressure us or up sell on anything. Great quantity, great price, no surprise charges, and a few extras thrown in. What more could you ask for?

Affordable Siding did an all around excellent job. I could tell when I first contracted with them that the owner was passionate about his work. And, he did exactly what he said he was going to do, and did it well. He removed the old wood siding that was not solid and replaced it with new wood. Then he put up the vinyl siding and aluminum trim with expertise. Very high quality work. He convinced me to spend an extra $75 to replace the front and rear exterior light fixtures because, as he said, putting up those old worn out lights will make his job look bad. They were very detail oriented in their work and the house looks fantastic. Thank you Affordable Siding!! :

We had an update of the exterior of our home. All siding, soffits & gables were replaced, new gutters put on, window and door trim replaced. Every surface that isn't brick was taken care of and looks brand new. They arrived at the stated time everyday, left the worksite as clean as possible everyday and worked very efficiently all day long. We waited a good 4 months before they were able to get to our house after our bid because they are in such demand. It's worth the wait. They pay attention to the little details and keep you informed of everything. Jessie was very good at guiding us on design decisions when we were stuck and told us all of our options. They do only one house at a time and don't sub-contract the work. The crew works really well together and you can tell that they enjoy working together. A big change from some other companies we've worked with in the past. Jessie added some small but really important touches that weren't part of the scope of the project (nor part of his bid) but made the house look even more "put-together" & updated. We would work with him again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company to anyone.

Everything went just the way that Jessie said it would. They were professional and they cleaned up behind themselves. I have also arranged for him to come install 9 more windows and siding in the Spring of 2016. I would recommend this service to others.

From the very beginning, Jesse was approachable and professional. He told us exactly what he was going to do and showed us examples of the products he was going to use. His crew, which included his son, were cheerful,respectful, and professional. Jesse went so far as to paint my front and back doors so that they would match the shutters and siding. He also replaced my address numbers with a much better plaque.The site was cleaned up daily and they hauled off any extra large debris. I wish I had more work for these guys as I am going to miss having them around.

We have huge windows all around the house and some smaller ones - about 20+ windows. Some had small panes, many grid windows and doors across the back of the house. These were not easy to replace, but Jesse and his crew did it very professionally. I cannot say enough about Jesse's company's work ethic. They arrive at 6:30AM and never stop working. They are very unobtrusive and trustworthy. They treat your home like their own and don't take any short cuts. Jesse takes pride that when he leaves your house, it looks like a whole new place. I cannot recommend him more highly. I am very picky and ask a lot of questions - Jesse is honest and patient and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I have already recommended him to other family and friends. We love our new windows, shutters, doors and gutters. They look great and we've already gotten a ton of compliments!

Best experience with a contractor so far!!! Jesse, with Affordable Siding, is fantastic to work with! From the initial experience of quoting the job, thru to the final punch list items, he was punctual, professional, flexible and so very easy to work with. When he quotes the job, he gives you a price and that is the price you will expect to pay. Of course, items can come up on any job once the work is underway, but Jesse explained each item and I was given choices on how best to address each item. Many of the solutions did not result in additional costs. He is conscious of overall costs and presents you with the best options at the best price. In my situation, I had other contractors performing work that needed to be complete before Jesse could begin. I had numerous issues and delays with them and Jesse was extremely flexible and accommodating with all of this. His crew is professional and polite, always with a greeting and a smile. The work was done quickly, but with high quality. He kept me informed each day of the progress and what I could expect the next day. Upon completion, the work area was cleaned and left in great condition. Overall, I don't have enough positive things to say about Jesse and Affordable Siding. If you have siding needs, you owe it to yourself to have Jesse bid your job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

First I would like to again thank Jessie and his crew for making this project a wonderful experience. When I started this process I chose the top 6 siding companies off Angie?s List and scheduled appointments, and Affordable Siding just happened to be the last appointment. When Jessie came out and we sat down and started talking about the project I knew right then he was the Contractor for the job. Jessie didn?t try to sell me the job, he ask me what I wanted and stated how he could best accomplish what I was looking for. When the job started Jessie and his crew arrived each morning at 6:30am and started working. The guys were excellent workers, paid attention to every detail, and were very polite. Affordable Siding wasn?t the cheapest bid I received, but I can tell you they was worth every penny plus some. I had an old aluminum back patio cover they took down and disposed of for me. They replaced all the rotted wood and bad fiber board on the house. I had a special request on my porch columns and Jessie did a fabulous job on them, just wonderful. Bottom line is that I just don?t see any other company doing a better job than what I received from Affordable Siding. I will definitely have them back to replace my windows next spring and hopefully back in a few months to replace 2 small gate sections of fence on either side of my house. VERY HIGHLY Recommended!!!!!

Jessie and his crew were very professional, punctual and worked very hard. The work was completed on time and in an orderly fashion. Jessie and his crew did a fantastic job on our home, I knew our home would look better, but I did not know that it would look fantastic. The attention to detail and the suggestions that Jessie would make were helpful and made us feel at ease with the job. The new gate and fence that Jessie and his crew installed is fantastic. My wife and I are so happy with Jessie's service and would recommend him to other people.

I know that this review will put MY next project about out about 8 months or so.. Jessie's company is the best. Even if it takes 5 months or so...wait for this guy as he is the best anywhere in Dallas. Harvard Business School can learn a lot from Jessie.. This man is fabulous and yes he does return phone calls!

Affordable Siding owner and personnel arrived promptly on day scheduled and every day afterwards. The complete crew stayed with the job until finished. They tidied up and stored all equipment every day when they left. You couldn't tell from the street any remodeling was going on. The finished product is incredible. Their attention to detail was superb. Not only fulfilling every detail of the contract, but providing extra service and needed items at no cost to insure the finished appearance was perfect. My home is now well insulated and beautiful.

Jessie and his crew were awesome. Jessie came out and gave a competitive bid on the project within 24 hours of contacting him. During the quote visit, he was extremely thorough when examining the potential job and had the quote drawn up before leaving. After i accepted the quote, he left color samples with me to choose what I wanted for the job. 2 weeks later he called back to confirm the color and said he could begin the job the next day. The job took 2.5 days and, every morning, Jessie's team showed up on time. Every evening, Jessie called with an update and I always came home to a clean job site. The final result is beautiful and the team hit all the details (even painting all the visible screws to match the siding color). On top of this, Jessie and team installed a new porch light and cleaned all the gutters free of charge (because they noticed they were really clogged when taking them down to install the siding). I reccomend Affordable Siding to anybody looking for a stunning result at a great price.

We had an amazing experience with Jessie and his team. These guys are great. They showed up every day at 6:40am to start work. The team was all prompt, very courteous, polite and respectful. I trusted the reviews on Angieslist about the company and am really glad I did. We had to wait about 3 months to get the job done because this team only takes on one project at a time (which means they actually finish)! Throughout the project, Jessie kept me informed and made suggestions on improvements to the prior setup. They cleaned up everyday before they left and were very good about not leaving nails laying out after they were gone. Equipment was stacked neatly in the backyard and not sprawled out all over the place after they left for the day. One thing that I noticed that is rare these days is that these guys really take pride in their work and the quality of their workmanship. They make it right. My advice to those considering Jessie and his team. Be patient and wait it out until they are available. The experience is worth the wait. Excellent communication leading up to and all the way through the project. No complaints at all. We are already getting tons of compliments on the work performed.
