Affordable Siding & Windows

It was a large job taking a week to complete. Jessie and his crew were absolutely wonderful. They arrived early and worked each day until 5, were always courteous, professional and sensitive to our needs during their time at our home. Each day the area was cleaned up as much as possible. Jessie kept us informed of their progress during each step of the installation. Paint used around vents and for the garage door matches perfectly! We also had a window replaced and front door installed. The door was roughly finished /painted on the outside and the inside left unfinished. If we had realized the door was going to be installed unfinished we would have made arrangements for it to be painted/stained. At the end of the job they cleaned up like they were never here! We are very happy with the results and have had many compliments. We look forward to enjoying our home for many years thanks to Jessie and his great crew.

Jessie and his team did everything he said they would do, and then went above and beyond, like installing a storm door and new sentry lights we had not discussed. They showed up on time every day. We're very happy with the results!

Okay, first off I should say that this was the longest wait I have ever had with a contractor. We literally met & booked Jesse ten months earlier! He explained that he's opted to focus on quality and customer service rather than grow his staff beyond his control. Right as he walked in, he let us know his next available appointment was September of 2016. After looking through several dozen photos of impeccable projects he'd completed and reading his past Angie's List reviews I was convinced he was the real deal and agreed to hire his firm. Throughout the 10 months, Jesse would check in via text and swing by to provide samples, etc. When the start day finally came, he and his team arrived promptly at 7am as they said. To say that Jesse is detail-oriented is a massive understatement. He is downright obsessive over quality–and it shows. Our house looks phenomenal. He did everything as explained at the onset and then some. (Replaced our doorbell - even after this dumb owner ripped out the original wiring, he fixed a bunch of ugly exterior wiring and he painted our garage/front door to match.) Any issues I pointed out were promptly resolved. I loved working with Jesse and his team. They were a delight to hire. In this day and age where so many service providers take their customers for granted, he's a breath of fresh air.

Jesse and his team did a very good job from planning , preparing ,installing and cleaning for my roofing and siding project .They used proper tools and procedures . He even repaired my brick wall cracks without additional charge. They are nice and professional guys.He has always picked up my calls and explained my concerns. I highly recommend their team.

Jessie and his crew did an excellent job on my duplex. They replaced all the rotten exterior wood and installed vinyl siding. Once they finished installing the siding, it looked like a new duplex. I was very pleased with the work and I would highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable.

I contacted Jessie for a bid and he promptly came out and gave me bid. He stated that they could start the work 3months from then and I thought that is a long wait- but I am so glad I did wait. They did a exceptional job, very professional crew, arriving early every day. They removed all my old siding, and trim and completely replaced the vapor barrier. There were several areas that needed repair and they completed that without me even asking them to. They did a exceptional job, they included Details that I was not even aware of- and they included those. They started on time and completed on time- Jessie communicated everything as the work progressed. I am so glad that I waited for these guys to do my siding job- I couldn't be more pleased with the completed project. These guys Rock!

Jessie and his crew arrived on July 26, and the entire job was completed end of day July 29. I cannot say enough about how professional and thorough Jessie and his crew was. Every day they cleaned up, and stored the materials and tools in a designated area. Coming from me that is quite a statement and a review that Jessie should be proud of. I am a retired property manager and we have a reputation of , well, not letting anyone get away with anything. It is not frequent that we lavish praise .

Jesse did a great job of tearing down my old deck and repairing the damaged areas around my house caused by rotted wood He then put siding and new gutters all over the house as requested. He even replaced my fence door and doorbell. My house looks great. He will also be coming back to my house to install my special order storm doors once they come in. So happy with the results.

Jesse and his crew did a great job. They showed up early everyday and were very efficient. Windows were replaced within 3 hours, which was nice due to summer heat. They got the siding and windows done within a week. I am very pleased with their work!

They showed up exactly when they said they would , performed the work exceptionally well and kept the area clean. The workers were all very friendly and polite. Very professional. Jessie was on the job every day and communicated with us as the project went forward. We are so pleased with our new house!!

We were very pleased with all aspects of the job starting with the bidding process and ending with site clean up. The vinyl looks fantastic. His crew was polite and professional. Jesse did not nickel and dime us when he found additional work that needed to be completed. We agreed on an additional $250 when he unexpectedly found substantial wood damage on the house. He replaced the OSB, added building wrap, and installed foam board before installing the new vinyl. The crew does not miss the little details like painting the new weather stripping to match the vinyl color. In order to get the job done on time, Jesse drove to San Antonio at 2 am to obtain supplies not immediately available in Fort Worth. Who does that? I asked Jesse for options on installing exterior lamps (that didn't exist before) and he added this to the job at no extra cost including installing the lamps for me. Lastly, in order to use our driveway during the construction, the crew stored their supplies inside the garage. We left for vacation on their last 1/2 day of work and when I returned, they left the inside of the garage cleaner than before they arrived.

All work was done on-time, as promised. Workers were efficient and very courteous. All materials were high quality. Jesse is very skilled and offered great recommendations to help us pick colors that would compelment our home. We love the results and are totally satisfied.

Jesse and crew did a fabulous job. The siding they replaced on both sides of garage looks great and matches original siding perfectly.

Jesse and his crew were awesome. Before the date to start the siding we were having a leak and he came by and fixed some rotted wood until he could do our job. He was prompt every morning and finished the job a few day earlier than estimated. He even changed out an exterior light with one easier to change bulbs and that looks much better. He also replaced all the vents even the ones not on the siding to match the siding and he replaced our doorbell with a lighted one. The siding, trim and gutters are beautiful and we are so happy we choose Jessie and Affordable Siding to do our home. We would definately use him again. We will call him when we are ready to replace our windows

Jessie and his team replaced our windows and doors. They worked two Saturday's in a row. They arrived on time, worked hard all day and got the job done. The workmanship is Awesome. Jessie takes pride in his work and it shows. I even had neighbors stop by and ask him to come bid their homes after they saw how hard they worked. I would definitely recommend Jessie and his team, and would use him again in a heartbeat!

We had to replace our roofs due to hail damage and used this opportunity to replace all of the wood soffits, fascia and trim with siding. The owner, Jessie Elizondo, "sold" us after the first visit with his knowledge, professionalism, presentation materials and confidence in his company's ability. We expected great service and attention to detail and what we got was excellent service and attention to detail. Everything was custom fit and matched. From weather proofing on the garage door, re fitting and painting the front door, replacing the doorbell, cleaning up unused electrical, cable and satellite wires, satellite dishes, unused pipes; every item that would have interfered with the symmetry and consistency of the siding was taken care of, most often at Jessie's suggestion. Jessie worked with his crew 100%, they were friendly, hard working and cleaned up after themselves as a normal part of the job. It is always a pleasure to work with professionals who say what they do and do what they say but they are not always easy to find. Affordable Siding & Windows is a professional company we would not hesitate to use again. in fact, we would look forward to working with them again!!

Their work was excellent, He went above and beyond what he had promised. Jesse and his workers where courteous, clean and very professional. They arrived every morning before 7 am and started to work. When I came home at night from work, every thing was picked up and clean. He gave me a time frame and finished right on time. No long delays. He has been the best contractor I have dealt with in many years. The only reason I gave a B on pricing is that I really don't know. Jesse came to my house last year in July and quoted the job. The only reason I did not give it to him, was because I needed to get a few more prices for comparison. In the month to follow I called several other siding contractors and was told they had to call me with a date and I never heard from them. A few that came out only wanted to sell me Hardy Board siding which was not what I wanted. So as far as the pricing goes I had nothing to compare to. The real reason Jesse got the job was Angieslist. I read and read the reviews and was so amazed by them. I believe I read over 50 of them and was never able to find anybody that had anything bad to say about him. I will use Jesse for future projects that fall within his scope of work and also recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

We got 3 prices on all the work and found Affordable Siding and Windows to be competitive. Jessie Elizondo came out promptly to inspect the work and due to my stated urgency did the bid in his truck and gave me his proposal in less than an hour. He made some recommendations to increase the quality of the install due to some unique characteristics on our roof. We called Jessie and advised that Affordable Siding and Windows was selected and he was communicative through the whole process of scheduling around the weather. His crew was punctual, professional, diligent, courteous and knocked the job out in one day from setup to cleanup. During the install of the vinyl siding on the eaves he decided to replace the existing siding on the entire wall at no extra charge. It was a decision he made to improve the cosmetic appearance on the front of the house and much appreciated. We selected Affordable Siding and Windows as they appeared to be the professional company we were looking for and Jessie represented his company well. We would certainly use them again ... in fact, I arranged today to have some additional vinyl siding work done on the rest of the house which Jessie provided pricing on during the roofing install at my request.
