Affordable Siding & Windows

Jessie and his crew lived up to all their prior reviews regarding punctuality, clean-up, quality of installation, attention to detail, listening to/answering questions, making useful suggestions, etc. My house looks great. I love the insulating strips they put around my garage door (where everyone has light coming through on the sides -- it's so dark now I need a light all the time!). I had siding put on another house I owned years ago, and was never happy, but this was an entirely different experience. The crew was there early (as the sun came up) and worked until 5:00 p.m. or after. I might have been able to get the job done for less $ (didn't check around after reading the reviews and meeting Jessie), but Jessie had a quality product and did everything (and more) that he said would be done. Highly recommend!!

Jessie and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He was very informative, responsive, and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. We were looking for affordable windows while still getting quality. The windows are of good quality and very user friendly. We love the work that was done and the quality of the job. Kudos to Affordable Siding and Windows for a job well done.

Working with Jesse was a pleasure!!! We have had other work done on our home over the years but working with Jesse and his employees was a wonderful experience. He is very professional with very strong work ethic. Jesse did everything he said he would do and more. Our 34 year old home looks brand new. We highly recommend him!! You won't regret it.

Affordable Siding and Windows did an outstanding job of replacing our siding and installing a new window for us. Mr. Elizondo was wonderful to work with and kept us informed throughout the project. He answered our questions and really went the extra mile to make sure that every detail was taken care of. His crew members were courteous and did a great job. We highly recommend this company.

Jesse and his team did an amazing job. Jesse is very courteous during the estimate and decision making process ensuring that he allows the homeowner time to discuss and decide without pushing. He helped us choose the right siding for our needs which was an insulated siding, gutters, shutters. We chose paint colors and he worked through some concerns over my choices and helped us to come up with a great combination. The quality of the work was superb. Rarely do we have someone do work that we don't have a list of issues but there were only a couple of items that needed attention and Jesse ensured they were fixed. The team was all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional at all times. With Jesse you can be certain he WILL be onsite frequently ensuring the job is done correctly. He truly wants people driving by seeing that sign in the yard to see quality work. Jesse hung new fixtures, replaced doorbells etc to help the house look amazing. We have already recommended his business to several others. I would not hesitate to use him again for future jobs. I've attached a couple of pictures. One shows in progress (you can see the ugly yellow we had before) and one that shows the end product (Jesse's team was just putting the finishing touches on at this point).

Jessie and his crew showed up at the same time each day. All work was excellent and clean up was excellent also. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jessie and his team were punctual, friendly, and professional. All work was above and beyond expectations. Affordable Siding is the customer service that most other companies are missing. This project has been by far the smoothest one I have experienced. I wish I could call Jessie for all my home projects!

Jesse and his crew did a great job on the work they performed. We knew exactly what we were getting up front as Jesse was very detailed and documented exactly what they were going to do. They were at our house early and stayed until at least 5. They cleaned up after themselves every day. We received an update every day on what they did and what they would be doing the following day. We did have to wait a few months to get the work done but we knew that on Jesse's first visit and we were not in a rush to have the work completed. He was definitely worth the wait. We did get estimates from 2 other companies. Jesse's price was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. What sold us to go with Affordable Siding was Jesse's knowledge, caring for his customer and most important to us was that he did not sub-contract out so we liked the fact that he had his own employees to do the job. The quality of the work was awesome and the outside of our house looks like a brand new house. He added some extra things without charging us including a nice new house number sign on the front of the house, new doorbell, and installed a new front porch light. He definitely cared about his customers - that was very evident. We would definitely use him again and have already referred him to our son, who will be looking at doing siding in the next year or so.

All went well. We were present most everyday in case there was a problem but, by the time we arrived, Jesse and crew had already been at work for a few hours. After all the work was done Jesse, Marcus, Juan and crew cleaned up everything. We were very pleased with the result and their attention to their work. Several people walking in the neighborhood stopped to watch the transformation of the house. Utility meter and boxes on the rear of the house were not moved but instead, trim pieces and siding color made it all blend in. Additionally some dead wires/cables were removed which also improved the appearance. These guys are great workers. We even had a chain link support post which was right up against the northeast side of the house which hindered installation. Jesse and crew removed the post and installed the siding. Later they returned the post to its now abbreviated position so that everything fit nicely.

Jessie and his crew were astonishing from start to finish. arrived early work till late clean up after themselves everyday...... impeccable to fine details, even paints the screws to match.... Jessie painted my garage door the same color.. Looks amazing... Jessie & his wonderful crew, whom were polite, cleanly dressed.. I waited 6 months, as Jessie was fully booked up. Jessie does inform you at the first meeting.. I was so impressed with him & his knowledge and the reasonable price he quoted. I agreed to wait, gosh am i glad i did. My home looks amazing, My bay windows look incredible.... I did call Jessie to do extra work for me, he came out the following week.. Just wonderful.. I have jessie on speed dial, When my roof needs to be replaced or repaired im calling him.. You wont regret waiting for him his work is most definitely worth the wait.... No more terrible paint jobs or rotten wood.....My home looks exquisite and will do for many years to come...Best investment ever!! I cant thank Jessie enough..His 1 in million, best contractor I can proudly write a review on...

This is a fantastic company that exceeded my expectations. Very rarely do you find a company that goes above and beyond, is punctual, does what they say they are going to do, and does the job correct the first time. Jessie, the owner, is great guy and a wonderful businessman. He knows the benefit of customer service and earns the quality ratings that he receives. I was extremely pleased with the effort made and the finished product. I only wish I had more siding for this company to replace.

I recently had a siding replacement project completed by Affordable Sidings and Windows. I just had great client experience with the contractor. Jessie, the owner came out to inspect the sidings of my house. You can see his thoroughness and attention to the details in his inspection. Jessie provided detailed estimates and time-line to get the project completed. He sent the crew to repair the damaged sidings right away so no further rain caused damage. During the week long siding replacing stage, he and his crew came to the work site on time every morning and have everything organized when they finished the work at night. He cover the cost of replacing some of my external lightings so they can match the new sidings without passing the expenses to the customers. As we are enjoying the beautiful new sidings, I want to recommend Jessie and his company Affordable Sidings and Windows to anyone who is looking for a sidings contractor.

Crew showed up on time (early) every day and waited on me to come out and tell them okay to begin. Left their work areas spotless. Worked non-stop for over a week. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use again. Jesse is honest and professional and you can trust him to know what he and his crew is doing. He was there on the job every day and asked me how it was going. If I could give more than AAAA, I would!

After posting my F review on Angie's List - Jesse texted me asking if we could speak. He explained that there was a misunderstanding when I asked him if the windows he would be showing me were Simonton. He admitted that he seen my text incorrectly and apologized for not contacting me back. I am satisfied with his professionalism and will most likely have him come give me a quote on the NT windows he installs (after I read up on NT Windows). Thanks Jesse - and sorry for the confusion.

No cost overruns, always on time, very courteous and professional. Considering how much extra Affordable had to buy and the extra labor involved in repairing our home to make the siding look as good as it does, I was again impressed with the fact that there were no extra or hidden fees. To do the job right Jesse took all the extras in stride because he would not cut corners to save money but instead, did whatever it took to get it right...and they DID get it right. When Jesse and his crew were done, it was hard to tell they had even been here except our house looks better than it did when we bought it 23 years ago.

Jesse and his crew did an outstanding job on our home. There weer issues with our framing and substructure that had to be repaired or replaced. In spite of the additional cost to Affordable, they did not vary from the original bid. When they were finished, our home looked better than we had hoped for. They were always on time, courteous, professional and did not leave anything behind from the makeover and there was a LOT of cleanup from all the old siding and lumber etc. that was replaced. Our home looks better than it has ever looked in 23 years.

He took a look and refused the job because it was too small. He said he would pass on the name of his window guy who could order/install a window for us, and said he would text my husband a good roofer who could help us. Never got any text or referrals that he said he'd give us. Then he tried to sell us on installing all new vinyl siding which we did not need. Waste of time. If you aren't needing to spend $10k+ don't bother calling them.

They were great to work with. The first estimate I got for siding was almost twice as much as Affordable Siding. They did great work and were very helpful. They are probably the first company that wanted my house to look as good as I did. I would definitely hire them again. They really went above and beyond to make my house look great. They even installed my outside lights and painted the trim around the windows without additional charge. Do yourself a favor and have Affordable Siding do your next siding job. It was worth the wait.

I can't say enough great things about Jessie and his crew! They were there early every day and stayed until after 5. It was a BIG job that took about a week and a half to complete. My house looks INCREDIBLE and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process! Jessie went above and beyond making sure every detail was complete, right down to the colors for the numbers on my address. He gave me updates almost every morning and made sure I was informed of what they were doing the entire time. I'm still in awe of what a beautiful job they did. You can tell he really cares about not only his job, but his customers, too. He was so kind and courteous to me and my children the entire time. I will need windows in the future and will definitely be using them again!

They were very professional and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did an excellent job and even took down an old antenna for me. I would definitely hire them again. My siding looks great and the best part is I'll never have to paint again!
