Affordable Siding & Windows

On the first day, crew showed up very punctual and eager to get to work. Rain and hail was in the forecast for the day, but that did not slow them down. During the rain and hail, of course, the crew sought shelter. Shortly after, carried on with the work of the siding. My husband and I were given a time frame of a week, but were happy to see it complete in only 5 days. The guys went more than out of their way to get the job done quick and professionally. It was refreshing to see the owner work with his guys and not above them. Along with the services we requested; they installed multiple lights, hung a door, and rehung another that we had failed to hang correctly. The crew was very polite and kept our property tidy. Our home went through a complete makeover and is now something we are proud to own. After they left each day, we would walk around the house and look at the progress. We are were surprised each time by how much got done and how good it looked. All the little details we hoped would be noticed, were noticed. These guys take pride in their work and they should.

Due to neglect of a previous owner of our home, we needed to replace all fascia, soffit, and siding. Jessie was great to work with on this project. He and his team started on a Wednesday and wrapped up on the following Saturday. There were areas of water damaged wood that they replaced and other than that, the installation went smoothly. They kept the exterior of my house clean every evening when they left. The finished product looked amazing and makes the home look new. In fact, one neighbor saw the work being done and requested an estimate from him. The next part is what I think sets Jessie apart. On day one, for one reason or another a patio table was damaged. Rather than not saying anything and hope we didn't see it, he proactively took it to have the damaged glass repaired - on his dime. That's not all either, in the process of the job, he had to remove a doorbell, a garage flood light, and dryer vent cover. Rather than putting the old or damaged items back on, he bought a newer version of each item and installed them in their place - again, all on his dime. I haven't worked with a lot of contractors but I don't think you can easily find customer service like that. I would definitely refer Jessie for siding and if my house needed windows, I would use him again.

Did an excellent job. All costs are up front. No nickle and dimming for little things throughout the process. Even when they found a hornets nest in my eve. They even went the extra mile to repaint all my gutters and wrap my entry columns in new aluminum. HIGHLY recommended!

Jesse was awesome. I can never say or show how much I appreciated his professionalism and care for the tiny details he performed. Jesse actually picked up the door from the warehouse and painted it for us before installing it. These little details were above and beyond what we expected. He also installed 3 turbines on the roof for us, which was a blessing. The window installation was relatively painless and Jesse made sure the crew put everything back in place when they were done with the installation. They also cleaned up after themselves. We still needed to do sweeping and dusting, as it is impossible to get all the dust off of the surrounding surfaces, but that is to be expected and not a negative. The job took 2 days, which is amazing for the work he did. I also want to say that Jesse was here the whole time. His crew did a great job, but Jesse overseas everything and is in the middle of it all as well as working. That impressed me that he did not just stand around watching or farming it out to his crew. My husband and I have already contracted with Jesse to come back and do some aluminum siding in the back yard. That is how much I would recommend him! Carole and Vasilis Kalogirou

e appears to be hard worker. He came during last icy weather. He did ot waste time. We did not purchase his windows because we chose to use a larger company.

I was initially drawn to them because they had the lowest price and honestly I was concerned that he would be able to do the job and not go over budget... I can tell you now I would've paid more for the level of work that was performed they did so much more than I expected and I'm 110% satisfied the only complaint at all is we agreed on the work in January and the first opening he had was the beginning of march seeing the level of work the did I would wait six months if I had to. The work they did was tear off and replace two layers of roofing with techsheild decking and 30 yr shingles it looks GREAT!!!! Then they replaced my siding with mastic siding. The level of detail on the eves and overhangs was amazing im thrilled with the colors I chose I'm the envy of all the neighbors. They were very courteous and respectful of my family and property and cleaned up even things that were not their mess. I would highly recommend Jesse, Tony and their crew for any work you want done.

Jessie Elizondo and his crew arrived each day by 7 a.m. and worked very hard until 5:30, even on days when the weather was very cold and windy. They were friendly and courteous and the work was completed on time. The quality of the work was outstanding. Jessie went far beyond the expected. He installed new house numbers over the garage, repaired gutters, painted the gutters, the garage door and trim around back door - all at no additional cost to me. He also installed three new outdoor light fixtures that I purchased at no additional charge. Cleanup after the work was completed was done well. I highly recommend this company.

With a smile on, Jessie and his assistant were here early everyday right when the sun came out. They were polite and professional throughout the whole project. His pricing was fair and explained every thing thoroughly before hand; what he quoted was what was paid. I would highly recommend him to others, in fact we are pricing a windows project with him. His customer service skills were great and went above and beyond from what most would do. Overall Jessie did a great job!

Jessie Elizondo (owner) and his crew were outstanding. They were prompt, courteous and conscientious. Used the highest quality materials. Completed all the work as promised and completed it on time. When my husband and I first met you, you were very polite professional, and answered all our questions about quality materials and proper installation. Best of all, you offered a great price compare to Home Depot and Lowes. You came on time, worked very hard, and got it done fast within a week, and went extra mile to paint the chimney, the patio light, and all the exterior doors to match the colors of the siding. When I step out to the patio, I can't help but notice the beautiful color of the window trim and the siding which makes me feel very pleasant. Our Electric bill has gone down 1/3 every month since then. It is not only beautiful and helps us to save money in the long run, it also keeps us cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. From the very first meeting Jessie was very professional, kind, and knowledgable. He was quick to return our calls, prompt every day and kept us updated with the project progress. They kept the work areas clean and were careful with our landscaping too. Jessie takes great pride in his work.

We are very pleased with how our house turned out, with the work that was done, and with Jessie and his crew. They started the job when promised, showing up at daybreak most days and working all day. It seems that they just worked and worked and worked, and they did! The windows were installed the first day, which didn't take very long, and we love our windows inside and out. They did all the necessary prep and repair work before installing the siding. On day four, they had to work in the relentlessly cold temperatures. On what would have been the last day (Friday), they couldn't work because of icy weather but showed up on Sunday (very cold day) to finish. Because of the ice accumulation, a tree limb fell onto our brand new gutter, but they were able to straighten it out and make it look new again. Also, siding was installed on a room that was added on by the previous owner (part of the back porch area was taken in), which was a poor do-it-yourself job. We were very thankful to see that they added a piece of flashing along the bottom of one of the walls so that water would run off into the yard instead of back toward the house. This was not done before, and the wood was rotting. We didn't discuss it ahead of time, but they did what made sense. I'm probably forgetting something, but Jessie and his crew were very easy to work with, always polite and considerate. They were careful about all the details and made sure everything was just right. They did a great job on cleanup. The house looks great, and we feel that the price was fair and competitive. We would definitely recommend Affordable Siding and Windows.

It went as smoothly as I could have possibly hoped. I went with these guys because I truly thought after speaking with the owner that they would do quality work for me and in the end that is exactly what I received. They worked on my home for five days, starting at approximately 6:30 every morning and ending around 6:00 each night. They cleaned up their messes, and were extremely professional. I work during the day and left my home open so they could come and go and work on what was needed and had no worries. They ended up also replacing my front door, door bell, porch light as well as getting someone to come and replace and repair the mortar around bricks on my home that had come lose over time. What most people want to know is would you hire them again? The answer is yes. And would you recommend them to others? And the answer is yes. Very happy with the work that was done and have no doubt that it has increased the value of my home significantly.

Jesse was professional, polite, punctual, and accurate in his work. He did a great job managing his crew and delivering exactly as promised. The work was done timely and without a great deal of mess. Jessie showed up on a Friday and started to prepare the house for the work to be done. His crew was always prompt and always picked up at the end of the day. The windows were the first thing to go in and they were installed over two days. The siding took the rest of the week and there were finished a day earlier than planned. He even put up new porch lights, a new doorbell (which he didn't charge us for) and installed two new back doors that was not part of the original contract for a small fee. I even thought how funny it was that when he saw me leave early one morning and he called just to say "hi" and "have a nice day". Jessie responded to all my questions promptly and came back the same day I called him about a gutter that bent on our first hard rain. He takes great pride in his work and we would recommend him in a heart beat. 5 STARS to your company and you Jessie.

Jessie and the work crew arrived on time every day. All the workers involved were very courteous and left the workplace swept and clean when leaving daily. Jessie replaced a few items such as door bells, socket covers and built a (not sure what you call it) frame for one of my light fixtures because the light was too large for the standard ones. He did all these things without my asking him too. I asked for help with a small section of leaning fence and he brought someone in and I am happy with the job they performed. I asked if he would paint my wrought iron fence and it was done before I knew it. I am thrilled with all the work performed and so grateful to Angie's List for finding Affordable Siding for me.

I called Jessie for an estimate and he came out to our home and walked the property with us. He made sure we were aware of just exactly what they were going to do to our home. They started as promised and work from morning until night until the job was done. His crew is excellent. They were respectful of our house. They picked up after themselves every day when they were finished and addressed any concerns that we had about the job. Jessie was involved in all aspects of the job and was always available when we needed him. They paid extra close attention to detail, right down to putting light bulbs into the new light fixtures they installed for us. We could not be happier with the results. I interviewed about 6 contractors before I went with Affordable Siding. Every day they worked I was so grateful that I met Jessie Elizondo.

A+++ Jessie the owner came out twice and negotiated the details of the quote/contract. He was always punctual and professional. I had 3 quotes from different contractors for this massive project and Affordable Siding and Windows came in lower than the other two doing more work. Jessie went over every detail assuring us we would be breathing new life into our 58 year old east Dallas home (by White Rock Lake). Almost seemed too good to be true. When scheduled to start the crew showed up prompt as promised. Jessie stays on the job site 90% of the time working right along with his crew. I think he leaves only to do other bids and buy materials. His crew is polite, respectful, and humble. They quickly gain/build trust and we felt comfortable leaving them with our open home while running errands or going to work. As the job proceeded minor repairs and details were quickly tackled. Example - He repaired a crack on front porch not originally in quote (no cost). Installed new door handles/ installed new garage door seal/painted front porch, fixed metal crawl space vent and on and on. A job this big the details pop out sometimes as the work is being done. Jessie and his crew go the extra mile to make sure no detail of your project is overlooked. They have a desire to make the customer happy and produce a finished polished product. We changed paint color after seeing paint at the end of day 1 painting. Only having to repaint the garage door and one small front brick wall. The change was handled perfectly. No fuss. We agreed to cover lost material/labor. He never raised his price for original work. He only charged parts and minor labor costs for some of the extra work and add-ons even doing a lot of the extras for free. We never felt taken advantage of. He wrote it all down and did not forget one detail. No "hidden" costs popped up. The actual quote was 15,000, but we spent 1000 on new door hardware, mailbox, door bell and outside lighting. This was a major overhaul. Nothing on the outside of the house was left untouched. This massive project took him and his crew 1 week to complete. On time and on budget. Very happy home owners. We will be using Affordable Siding and Windows again to build a fence in the spring. No it is not too good to be true.

Went exceptionally well. Showed up daily (3 days) bright and early and worked hard all day. Very friendly and proffessional workers. Jesse responded promptly to questions and gave clear and detailed answers. I would definitely use Affordable Siding and Windows again to do a similar project. I highly reccomend them.

Jesse and his crew had to replace the siding around the two kitchen window sections on my home. My neighbor damaged the original siding (installed by Jesse's company in 2011) by over spraying paint on his fence. The work crew arrived on time and completed the reinstallation in a timely and efficient manner. This company does excellent work and I don't hesitate in making a recommendation.

Jesse Elizondo was professional prompt, courteous, responsive, and not only performed as promised, but took care of small items that invariably come up duirng a remodel, without charging extra. Jesse was on-site during the entire project and performed a large portion of the work himself. His crew members were extremely professional and shared his committment to doing the the job right. Also, on a personal level, Jesse was great to work with, as well as his crew. He and his team are one of the best contractor / service providers I have ever used. Jesse's price was very competitive and he uses only top grade products and materials which are warranted by both him and the manufacturer. The best example of Jesse's dedication to excellent and professional service was that although the scope of his contract dealt only with vinly siding, windows, and a sliding glass patio door, he pointed out to me that my overhead garage door was gray and would not match the white vinly siding and trim. He offered to paint the overhead door, as well as another standard garage door, at no cost other than that I pay for the price of a gallon of paint. HE also painted the roof flasing, whihc also was galvanzied stell and did not match the white vinly facia. This demonstrates Jesse's attitude towards making sure his completed work is the best it can be. I was extremely impressed by this gesture.

Jessie arrived at scheduled date ready to work!! He does the work himself which told me he is not just an owner. He and he crew were very accommodating to our 6 dogs and their needing to be let out. Jessie communicated with us about everything every step of the job. This man truly takes pride in his work and what he does!! He gives little extra things too. (like replacing broken door bell) . Daily he picked up the yard and when the job was done our yard was spotless. Work was completed at the date estimated!!

Jessie and his team did a great job on our house. Jessis was always prompt in arriving for our appointments. Everyone on the team was professional and courteous. The work was started and completed by the agreed upon dates. We are very happy with the work and the house looks great.

Jessie Elisondo is a great professional and was on the job every second for nearly five days. He and his crew showed up early every day and worked 12-14 hours at a time. Mr. Elisondo took care of every detail and left the yard and porches clean. He took care of all trash disposal and combed the yard with a magnet sweeper to make sure that there were no stray screws or nails. The finished product is better than expected and I would recommend this company to anyone. This was a difficult and demanding job with three large gables that were over 30 feet off the ground. Mr. Elisondo did not hesitate and they tackled the job with great enthusiasm. It was even better that this is a relatively local company with a local crew.
