Work was delayed because of all the rain, but only a few day. Jesse and all his employees were very friendly and professional .

I have read many reviews that I wanted to call BS on, but this is the swear-on-a-bible truth; you will not be disappointed with this company. Jessie is absolutely committed to making the customer happy. I have never seen a contractor go the extra mile like this guy. When he first gave me the bid he told me he was booked out 4 months. It was worth the wait. He delivered on everything. His attention to detail is top notch. He and his guys work hard, clean up after every step of the way, and we are very, very happy.

They did a great on our house. The wood was in bad shape from the weather, birds and squirrels. It has been a constant struggle to keep the wood looking good. We are very pleased with the job Jessi and his team did for us. They were punctual and professional and paid attention to every detail. Love the job they did and love the colors!

The nice thing is the owner of the company ( Jesse ) was available the entire time. He gave me details of what he was going to do and always did more at no extra cost. The job was very very nice and the job site was always clean everyday when they finished. The workers were clean, pleasant and nice to have around while they worked. To let you know how hard Jesse tries to make everything just right I called him a short while after they were finished and let him know about a small spot that needed attention. He called me back in about 10 min. and said no issue at all consider it done. I even had him put siding around some post brackets on my porch wall, because I was planning on putting a new porch back up then decided to put something different up and he said he would come back out and take the brackets out and put a piece of siding in it's place when he touches up the spot I mentioned earlier at no cost. I am very impressed by the work, the attention they have for the customer and the fact you can see they really love doing what they do which means a lot. I have recommended Jesse to all my friends and Family. My neighbors even asked about them. They do a great job and always do what they say they will and with a smile. By the way. There price can not be beat. Shop if you want, but I promise you will come back to Jesse when it's time to do the job. Thanks Jesse. Don't stop what your doing.

Everything with very well. The jobs took about 3 1/2 days. They were always there by 7 am each day. Jessie went above and beyond to keep me in the loop of what was going on and he didn't mind that he had to go to both Home Depot and Lowe's to pick up the doors that I had picked. I really appreciate all the special touches they added to make my home look like a brand new home. I am 100% satisfied and I plan on using them again in the very near future to replace my windows.

Rather disappointed as the reviews were great looking. I left a message about 2-2.5 weeks from today asking for a call back for an estimate on a repair and received no call back. Called again and left a message yesterday and mentioned my previous call. I called today and finally was able to get an actual person rather than a recorded message to find out that they wouldn't be able to do repairs. He gave me a number for someone to maybe do the repair (first name only) so I'm not sure how comfortable I feel giving them a call as I don't know anything about them (if they're a company, if they're reputable etc) All in all, their work looks great from the pictures on their website but I feel like this experience has wasted my time.

Jessie sent me pictures of work completed. In addition, he replaced door bell, painted the front door, and put on house numbers as bonus. I truly appreciate his work.

This is my best experience ever with a contractor. Fantastic planning, organization and follow through. Great work done and at very reasonable prices. Jessie coordinated work with other contractors (glass etc.) and managed them so well that I didn't even need to see them. In addition, he power-washed our house, installed new locks and bought new numbers for the house- ALL FOR NO COST. In order to get the work done on time, he came in and worked during the recent ice-storm (worked when flurries were falling). There are plenty of reviews for them here. I just wanted to add that I've worked with dozens of contractors here in Dallas and for my rental property in another state- you will not find anyone better than Jessie. Very dedicated and I felt he was as excited as we were about the final results. Highly recommended.

They cleaned the area well and I liked it. They finished two sessions and each session took a day. They're good windows but they are medium grade windows. They have been back for minor services and they performed well.

I bought my first house recently and have had one bad contractor after another. I was beginning to think there was no such thing as an honest contractor. I read the reviews for affordable siding and was amazed there were so many A reviews so decided to give them a try. I called Jessie in October of 2014 and he gave me an estimate. He told me he would not be available to do the work until February 2015. I didn't have to sign a contract or give him any money at that time. He told me he had to schedule so far out because he personally oversees every job. The first week of February 2015 he called and let me know he would start work on my house the following week. He showed up on time. True to his word he was at the job site the entire time. His entire crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. I was very impressed that Jessie and his crew paid attention to the smallest details. Not only did he put up siding and rain gutters, but he installed a new light for the front porch and new doorbell that better complimented the siding he installed. They put siding on all exposed wood - not just the eaves of the house- but around the garage door and even covered the outside dryer vent. He even bought paint that matched the siding and painted the front and back door. The final price was the exact amount he quoted me 4 months earlier. He didn't charge anything additional for any of the extra details he and his team provided. Jessie is the first contractor that I have had out of about a dozen that did all the work he was hired to do and did it right the first time. In fact, he went over and above. I was very impressed. It is obvious that he prides himself on doing a great job. He treated my house like it was his house. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. All other contractors in DFW could learn a lot from Jessie and should adapt his customer service model for their business.

He was great and he had a really good product. We really liked them. He was going to put guttering up, he did some work on our storage shed too. He obviously takes pride in his work.

Jessie and crew arrived on the first day promptly at 7am, sharp. These boys like to get started early. Jessie and crew worked 5 days due to the amount of work involved. The crew cleaned up after the work was done and Jessie paid attention to every inch of the work being performed to make sure it was done 100%. I'm extremely happy with the work, as well as the customer service. I would recommend Affordable Siding to anyone. Not only do they NOT price gouge, they take their work personally. You will not find a better siding company in DFW.

Jessie and his crew of four to five guys did an "AMAZING" job. I had two other contractors at my house beginning in 2012 that ripped me off with sloppy work and huge dollar amounts. My home looks like a different house now that Affordable Siding got a chance to help me. They were prompt, professional, responsive, cleaned up each and every day and did very detailed work. After seeing what bad work looks like and doing much research I know that the job I received was exceptional!!!! They went out of their way to accommodate everything I asked for and I am very picky!!!! Not only that, Jessie did things I didn't ask for to help beautify the house. He replaced my outdoor light fixture, door bell fixture, fixed my aging gate, power washed my deck, replaced a drip edge that was in bad shape that wasn't part of the contract among so many other things. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone that needs siding on their home. I haven't used them for windows or roofing which they also do, but when the time comes they will be the crew I call without a doubt and I will pass the word on about them as often as I can. It really does pay to go through Angie's list. I am so PLEASED!! They are the first contractor I have ever used that I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say anything about. Give this crew a call if you want exceptional and good priced work!!!!!!

Jessie and his crew were really great to work with. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and were very interested in making sure we were happy with the work performed. They got everything done in 2.5 days time, and the improvement on the appearance of the house is remarkable. I am thrilled with the results. I will not hesitate to ask Affordable Siding and Windows to help us with new projects on the house in the future!

It was an extremely stressful time when I discovered the state of disrepair of my first rental property. The siding was extremely rotted and the window and door trim was beginning to just fall off the house. Worst of all, the enclosed second story patio was sagging and obviously a huge liability. I knew the whole process was going to be expensive and painful and was not looking forward to it. I contacted Jessie (the owner) back in the beginning of August, I believe, to come give me a siding quote on my rental property. He quoted me $8200, including tax, and told me it wouldn't go up throughout the job, that that was the final price. He was very personal and professional. He told me about his past work experience and made me feel a lot better about the whole ordeal. He even quoted me on the extreme carpentry repairs (jacking up the patio, removing rotted supports, adding beefier supports and more rafters) for the enclosed patio. This also includes a 10 year (or 15 I've already forgot) labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on the Mastic vinyl siding. This being my first siding quote I contacted another (bigger) company on here to at least get two. They sent a salesman out (I can't stand salesmen) and quoted the exact same quality of work (using screws, replacing rotted wood before installing the siding, etc.), except this company also was going to install a Tyvek weather barrier under the foam paneling that has to be installed under the vinyl siding. They quoted me $17k, and wouldn't even let me keep the quote papers. As soon as that quote was done, I called Jessie and scheduled the siding for October (the soonest he had available). I didn't hear from him for awhile, which worried me a little. I contacted him in September just to touch base and he assured me everything was still on track. I knew Jessie was a pretty busy guy, but what I didn't realize was that it's just him and his crew doing these jobs, one at a time. He's truly a small (Christian) business, and he's hands on during the entire job. The day before he came to start the work, a storm blew a fence panel down. The next day I went out there to give him the down payment, ready to put the panel back up. He and his crew had been using the gap in the fence to bring in materials, and he said they would put it back up at the end of the job for me. He even let me borrow a ladder to get on top of and inspect the roof. He sent me some pictures along the way and entertained my many (and I'm sure annoying) texts about the job. When I went out to inspect the final product I was very pleasantly surprised. The thing that I had been fretting about for two months was over and it looked fantastic! He did little touches that I hadn't even asked for like painting the front and garage doors and installed a new doorbell. The structural repairs were top notch, permanent and made me feel very secure about the future of the house. I spotted a small issue with wires protruding out of a piece of siding in a way that rain could easily get behind it and he came out the next week and fixed it, honoring his labor warranty. As someone who is very loyal to a company when treated right, and who doesn't like hiring people to do work in the first place (I'm very DIY), I am extremely pleased with the quality of work done on my rental. I know the tenants can enjoy a nicer, safer house and I can enjoy an almost maintenance free exterior. I will be recommending and using Jessie from now on.

Affordable Siding is an outstanding company because as an owner Jessie makes the customer's satisfaction his number one priority. Because of the phenomenal reviews on Angie's List I called Jessie in May when we had a leak due to rotten siding. He came that Saturday and clearly explained the scope of the work and gave us a quote. We were so impressed with his professionalism and the reviews we waited until his first opening in September. Since they wouldn't be able to do the job for several months they put up a tarp in the area of the leak. He checked in two weeks before starting the job to verify work dates. Jessie and the same crew showed up at 6:45 every morning and they worked hard all day. Since Jessie was there daily working alongside his crew, it was easy to ask any questions. He brought an extra worker on Thursday to make sure they would finish on schedule. Every day they stacked their materials out of the way, cleaned up the job site and hauled all the trash away. There were numerous things they did above and beyond the scope of work. They removed two old satellite dishes and patched the roof. I bought a new light for the front porch, but Jessie bought a doorbell and a ceiling fan for our back porch. He mounted a plaque with our house numbers painted to match the siding. They also painted the back doors leading from our bedroom and living room to the porch and two light fixtures to match the siding. What's amazing is that I didn't have to request these details that made for such a great job, Jessie took the initiative and let me know what his plans were. It was definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend Affordable Siding!

Jessie is second to none in customer service, professionalism, timeliness and craftsmanship. He went above-and-beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the work at each stage of its progress; from the initial design and requirements to the final product. He and his team replaced all of the home's old composite siding with vinyl siding and old wood soffit with vinyl soffit. All rotted wood replaced. Porch posts replaced and repaired. Replaced a section of gutters and installed commercial grade leaf screens in every gutter. Replaced light fixtures and doorbell to match the existing decor (that was recently updated). All gutters, old and new, were painted to match the new siding. All mortar issues repaired. Jessie even painted the mailbox to match! My home was so beautiful upon completion that I was overrun with joy. Jessie is the real deal and won't let you down. I would highly recommend him and his team to take care of your home's exterior needs. A++

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The crew showed up around 7 AM every morning, worked steadily all day, and every member of the crew was pleasant and polite whenever I spoke to them. When they finished up each day they cleaned up any mess they made. The quality of the work is very good. Additionally, they performed several upgrades free of charge that were the kind of small details that you just don't think of. Stuff like replacing the house numbers, painting doors to match the new siding, or replacing molding or trim that should have been there originally but was not. I would highly recommend this contractor and will gladly use them in the future.

I was very impressed with how fast & quick this process went. He initially stated that it would take 4 days to complete but it only took 3 days. As he started to work, he took time to explain & show me what was damaged & replaced. They were very professional. They were on time every day & left at an appropriate time. They cleaned up after each process. I am very pleased, ecstatic & elated at how good my home looks. I was very impressed that he took time to remove an big old satellite dish from the back yard explaining to me that it would take away from the look of his work. WOW. He truly believes in making his customers happy & satisfied. I've had bad experiences in the past with contractors but I am glad that I chose Affordable Siding & Windows.

We joined Angies List to find someone to do siding for our home. We contacted Jessie Elizondo at Affordable Siding for an estimate. Jessie promptly returned our call and came over to give us an estimate. He quoted us a great price and offered to also paint garage door and front and back door. Jessie and his crew showed up promptly on the day of installation. They were very friendly and worked consistently to finish the job. We were very pleased with the results. Jessie also offered to install any outdoor lighting for us. In addition he even put new house numbers and a new doorbell. Jessie also put up shutters for us on our front window to match our door. All the neighbors are jealous and planning to have their house done also. We would definitely recommend Jessie for anyone who wants a professional and affordable job done. Thanks Affordable Siding.

Jesse was great from the day he came out to give us an estimate. He was on time, courteous, and very reasonably priced. He did extra work on our home to help keep it looking beautiful without the extra cost. He and his crew showed up on the day promised right on time and had his game plan in place as to how the work would take place. He was in constant contact with myself and my wife and was always on site and answered all of our questions. He was prompt everyday starting at 645 in the morning and working some days until 5pm. He and his crew were very neat and organized and always left the workplace at the end of the day clean. He made the work look so easy and he even threw in some extras without charging more money. On top of installing vinyl siding and removing and replacing our gutters, he replaced an outside fixture, a new doorbell, repainted our front door to a color of our choosing as well as repainting our patio door and garage to match the color of our siding. He surprised us when the work was complete and made us a new number plate to go above our garage. No matter what we asked he did and he was very courteous as was his crew. He even touched up paint in our existing sunroom and hung lights in there as well when my wife asked. Jesse was just great as was his crew and is a very hard worker who knows his craft. Work was completed in 7 business days and we did a final walkthrough and I could not say enough as in one week he took a run down wood exterior and made it look beautiful. Definitely increased our property value as well as our curb appeal of our home. Thanks Jesse for a job well done.
