You wrote a review for Acute Comfort Services One minute ago 1.0 star rating 7/19/2017 Tony came out and looked at our A/C unit and was assigned by my home warranty company. I though you had to go through them to get a tech out turns out you can pick your own tech. Tony told me the unit needed to be cleaned and then it would cool better and he would charge me a fee to clean it. I let Tony know that I work for an A/C company and that they had been out a couple hours ago and cleaned it and it still wasnt cooling. Surprise Surprise now Tony said he would clean it for free and not charge me. When he was cleaning it he made the comment "Yah they did a good job no dirty is coming off". Well when he send the report to the home warranty people he did not report everyhting that he gave me a copy of. I would not have this guy come out and repair anything, he is only after your money.
