TWIN OAKS CUSTOM CABINETRY

Description of Work: We ordered new cabinet doors for our kitchen. They are thick, sturdy doors that are made on site at their shop. They were delivered and installed very quickly and they look great! They worked with our painters and with our busy schedule to get the job done. The doors do have a few small imperfections that show due to the paint. We had them painted white after installation. Staining probably would have looked best, but I wanted a white kitchen!

Description of Work: They repaired two doors on an armoire for me. I offered to take the doors off and bring them to him. He was so kind as to come pick them up during his lunch break and returned them the next day. He was very professional. He was kind to my elderly mother. I thought the pricing was appropriate. I would use him again.

Description of Work: I would use this company again without hesitation. We got several bids and this company's bid was not the lowest or highest but was fair and we made our decision based on initial contact with Casey Dogherty.Casey was prompt and professional. He helped us nail down exactly what we wanted and the entertainment center is just fabulous. This was not an easy task as it had to fit into a niche that was builder grade square which as we all know is never really square. Casey spent the time on the front end (approx 3 hours) to get all measurements, our likes and dislikes and this was evident in the finished product. We communicated by email frequently and Casey invited us to his shop to go over final plans/make any changes before work started. The work was completed within the promised time frame. We had a few minor issues with the install, Casey was not on-site for that but following our communication that day he was at our house the next morning to address our concerns. Next time I would ask for Casey to be present or at a minimum check in during the major stages We are very happy with the entertainment center, it looks like it was always there which is exactly what we asked for.

Description of Work: all the old doors and drawers in the halls,laundry room and two bathrooms were replaced.

Description of Work: Matt, installed a bathroom vanity for a secondary bathroom and he also installed a a vanity for the master bathroom that entailed a long vanity with double sinks and a make up vanity in between. On the makeup vanity there were cabinets that went to the ceiling. They all came out beautiful.

Description of Work: I had Twin Oaks make me an entertainment center that looks like a built-in bench and has the appearance that it is floating. It is very modern and simple. They used black walnut and followed my specifications to the T. I love this company and the guys that I have dealt with when I have done business there. This is my second time to use them and I will continue to do so. It is beautiful work.

Description of Work: Matt came to our house to see the old cabinets in our kitchen and measure for new ones. He measured and talked about what we wanted and came back with drawings and a bid. The kitchen was completely removed and he came and measured again.
