They were very professional and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them for tile work. Really impressed how they were able to match the color of my grout / caulk.

The team was great from the initial inspect to the work performed. The scheduling was a slight problem due to my avialability and how busy they seem to be this time of year. I would definately hire them again - they left the place as clean as when they got here which is saying something for tile work.

He did a good job. He did an excellent job. He was detail oriented and he was punctual. We had 2 different people doing the installation and they were all very nice. It was great.

Joe came out and gave a reasonable estimate to completely re-tile our master bathroom (floor, shower, tub surround). We had to wait 3 months for their schedule to clear up since they are in demand, but it was worth the wait! David and Daniel came to do the work, and they were great. They don't work that fast, but it's okay since they are so meticulous! They still finished exactly when Joe told us they would be done. Both David and Daniel went the extra mile by installing new baseboards and a new vanity top and fixtures, which were not in the quote. I absolutely love how our new bathroom turned out! FYI, Joe requires a 50% deposit a week before work starts if your job is over $1,000. The upfront deposit made me a bit nervous, but they were completely trustworthy. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

As with all things, plan for the worst and hope for the best. Needed to get our upstairs bathroom re-tiled and our master bath re-grouted. They did an excellent job on the guest bath. Going into the master, we knew there may be some damage to the backing board. When they got to it, that was in fact the case. Unfortunately, during the process of the repair, tiles broke, not uncommon. The bad part was that those tiles were no longer made and could not be replaced. I made the decision to go for the full tile replacement. Again, another challenge, because their team is so good, they book out 2-3 months. Obviously, that would be too long to go without a shower. The great news is they were able to accommodate, and come out the following week to install the new tile and man, did it look great. Thanks guys for the great work and the accommodation.

Joe gave me quote for the work and scheduled it. He followed up quickly when I contacted him. Daniel replaced cracked tile and re-grouted the entire small shower. The process was perfect from start to finish. I did have to wait a few weeks to get on their schedule, but I am very pleased with the result.

From the initial estimate to the finished floor, Joe Wilson and his crew at the Tile Doctor gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had with remodeling contractors. These guys are complete pros and pay attention to the tiniest details. I got a high level of service and craftsmanship for a great price. If you need new tile or repairs, you can't go wrong with these guys. They were always on time, impeccably clean, refuse to take shortcuts, and obviously take a lot of pride in their work. I wish I had five more floors for them to work on.

First of all, I needed to find new tiles that matched the current tile color (off white) since I only needed part of the shower replaced. Joe helped me to find a tile company in Plano that was able to match up the tile color/size perfectly. Daniel and David did an excellent job replacing the tile and installing a new shower pan. The shower looks great and I am very happy with the work.

They broke the window during demo but replaced as soon as they could. The floor is really sturdy. There no cracks inn the mortor or broken tiles.

We are so pleased with our newly rebuilt shower and tub surround! Everyone we worked with was professional and efficient. When issues or questions came up during the installation, they kept us informed, and helped us make decisions. The new shower and surround are beautiful. We would definitely recommend The Tile Doctor and would use them again.

This was the best job I have had done on my home. The work was done on time and the quality was A+++ I have had experience in the past with workers not showing up, not returning telephone calls and not seeming to care. The Tile Doctor was one of the most professional and reasonable companies I had ever had experience with and the work was excellent. I have future tile needs and will definitely hire this company again.

They were GREAT! Unbeatable. They were so nice. Both the guys I worked with were wonderful. The supervisor, Joe, gave me an estimate beforehand which I thought was very reasonable.

All work was performed in a professional and courteous manor to the schedule given at the time of the quote. The result is excellent. Our 28 year old tile looks like new again. We are now awaiting installation of a new glass enclosure from another company.

We called The Tile Doctor to get a quote for demo pebble stone in our master shower and replace it with small tiles. We asked about some loose grout in the shower in another bathroom . Joe came out to give us a quote. He showed up at the scheduled time and even called to confirm the morning of the appointment. David and Daniel came as scheduled to do the demo and complete the tasks. These guys are artists when it comes to tiling, grout and caulk. The work was done beautifully. They cleaned up the mess and completed the job on time. Joe came out after the grout had a chance to cure to seal the areas. We are so pleased with the work performed. You might have to wait a few weeks to get the work done, but it is definitely work it.

The Tile Doctor, Mr. Wilson, was hired from Angie's List to install ceramic tile to fill in the gap between my current backsplash and the new quartz countertop that I had installed by another company in my kitchen. Because this provider is in such demand, it was over a month before I was able to get a date to have the work done. The competed work, however, was worth the wait. On the day of installation, three installers arrived to complete the work. Because I had to report to work, I had someone at my home to be present while the work was completed. I was supposed to supply the tile for the work, and realized when I returned home that I had purchased the wrong tile. Rather than leave the job, however, one of the installers went and purchased the correct tile to complete the job, and I reimbursed him when I returned. The installers did such a good job that the tiles installed look like they are a part of the original backsplash. I was surprised and very pleased at the excellent work that was done. Mr. Wilson returned a couple of days later to seal the tile. I most certainly would use this company in the future.,

Joe, the owner, came out and gave an estimate; David did the work and was just great. I would definitely use The Tile Doctor again. I recommend them highly.

Both Joe and the installer provided excellent service. The work was meticulous and they carefully matched some adjoining tile and grout. They adjusted a plumbing error at no additional charge. It's been almost a year and no issues. I will definitely be using these guys again soon!

I called on Joe Wilson (The Tile Doctor) because he is so highly rated on Angie's List (99% "A" rating). Joe was very responsive and came out quickly, assessed the work to be done, and gave me a firm quote. Scheduling the actual job took about a month, because Joe is apparently busy - and that's a good thing; it speaks well of Joe and his business! About a week before the work was to commence, Joe called needing to delay the start of the job by one day, due to a complication that had arisen on another project. Understandable, but this would have split our job across a weekend, delaying the original completion date. We were unable to accommodate this, as we had made plans around the work being completed on schedule. However, Joe worked with us, and we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution that maintained the original completion date. The work (demolition, tiling, grouting) is actually done by Joe's employees (2 - Joe does the re-sealing). The employees were punctual, courteous, competent, and cleaned up the workspace at the end of the day. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home. We demo'ed our original shower floor (a pebble surface which my wife didn't care for) and had it replaced with 2" ceramic tile, which we selected from a local tile supplier to complement our decor. The finished job is very nice, and the shower looks and performs like-new. It really cleans up easily too; just wipe down the surfaces with a towel and they quickly dry. All in all, we are well-pleased, would not hesitate to recommend The Tile Doctor, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great work. The contractor was always on time, gave us a good price for the work, and did quality work. This was a small shower and its so beautiful we don't every want to use it - we just stand there and admire it. Seriously - The Tile Doctor did a great job and worked with us on last-minute changes. Joe, Daniel and David just did some great work and we'll be using them again and have already handed out their cards to several neighbors who stopped by to look at the final product. I contacted The Tile Doctor in early May to get a quote for my job. Joe immediately responded and I had my quote in a couple of days. The job had to be worked into his schedule as they were booked into July. (A little disappointing but I figured having a full calendar indicated they were in demand which is not a bad indicator reflecting on the quality of their work). His crew arrived on schedule and reviewed with me the scope of the job before they got started. They were very professional, arrived on time daily, kept the construction mess to a minimum, cleaned up after themselves every day and Joe's timeline was exactly as quoted. My guest bath tub surround is beautifully tiled and they reinstalled my shower doors. Great job, very happy with the end result.

They tore out the old shower: The walls, the jet tub and all supporting structures (down to the 2x4s). Built new support frame, replaced tub, retiled the whole shower; Made the top of the tile higher than it had been previously (as we requested). My shower was a little out of the ordinary, in that it has a fireplace built into one end, a flat bench type seating area along one wall and an arched window on one wall, making the tile work more challenging than your basic four flat walled shower. We didn't have the variety/selection of tiles because of this factor, but that wasn't their fault- it was the design of my shower stall, and I wanted to keep it that way, so we had to go with more of a plain looking tile, but the finished product looks fantastic! They cleaned up after themselves every day they were there, and were always on time and very polite and professional. Good guys. You won't be sorry you hired them.

We had major demolition done to repair broken drain lines in our slab foundation. The Tile Doctor came in after the work was complete to repair the damage. They jack hammered out a 4x8 foot area of saltillo tile and replaces it with a new porcelain tile. They replaced facing tiles on a tub surround that had been incorrectly installed. They installed new floor tile in our master bathroom and closet. They installed new floor tile in our hall bathroom.

Joe was very professional in estimating the job and provided a quote when expected. The only delay was in scheduling the job as they were booked for 6 weeks. However, the workers showed up when and where expected and were very efficient and professional. The work was completed in 5 days with no problems. My new shower looks awesome and I am very pleased with the workmanship and materials that were used as well as the timeframe in which it was completed.

Joe and family did a nice job repairing grout in our pool deck and patio and also replacing broken tiles. They also repair loose tiles in a bathroom and regrouted around a tub. My only complaint would be how long it took to both get him out for an estimate and then to schedule the work - all in more than 4 months.
