 + -1 moreWe had light-colored deep carpet which had been tread on by kids and dogs for two years. Stephen's assistant Arial came and spent 6 hours thoroughly cleaning, destaining, and Scotchguarding 4 rooms, a hallway, and a stairs. The carpets look new, and the crew was extremely professional. They spent a great deal of time removing stains, applying Scotchguard, and cleaning the carpets. The carpets look better than the day that we moved in! We are extremely pleased with the quality of the service and the quality of the results. We will definitely use Stephen's service again, for ourselves, our parents, and recommend them without reservation to our friends and colleagues.
