Simmons crew arrived on time, assessed the layout and began work, promised completion was from Tuesday till Saturday. The crew was always courteous, and kept us informed througout the process. If a question arose they advised us of the issue then solved the problem. They moved from room to room being careful not to disrupt our normal activities to much. The job was completed on time with no cost surprises and it was perfect. We could have left the house for a week and when we returned we would have wondered if they had been here, the furniture from the largest sofa to the smallest lamp was right where we had left them. The experience from the time we walked into there store till the job was completed and paid for was exceptional. I would use them again for any floor service and recommend them highly.

The people who layed the flooring new what they were doing . In would recommend them. They were very professional. They did the rooms in 2 days. They are just beautiful.

It went excellent ! We were very please they moved all the furniture for us. they also moved out sleep number bed for us. Their work is very lovely.

We got tile work done in our kitchen from Simmons about 3 years ago. Even today, our tiles look exactly like they did when they were installed. The grout lines are perfect, no tile or grout line has cracked. The work that was done 3 years ago was done with care, precision, and lots of effort. When it was time for us to change our bathroom tiles and floors, naturally we went back to Simmons. The experience of our latest purchase was exactly like the last time. Starting from the in-store experience of picking out the right tiles and hardwoods to scheduling and installation - everything was smooth, on-time, and without surprises. The quality of the product itself is excellent. But, more so, the effort and care taken by the installers was beyond expectations. The work was done with painstaking care - attention to detail, explanations all along the process, questions and inputs on decisions like width of grout lines, etc. The effort taken by their team to maintain cleanliness along the way was exceptional - and it was all done with their own initiative. It is rare to see such commitment. We are extremely pleased with this second round of installations - just as we were with the first round!

The crew installing the new floors worked quickly and efficiently. Also cleaned up nicely behind themselves. My new floors look fantastic! I couldn't be happier.

From my first phone call Simmons Flooring everyone was very professional. Siegfried was very helpful in deciding the best way to proceed given the condition of my floors. He set a date and time for his crew to show up and they were very prompt got right to work. They taped off entry ways to contain the dust of the sanding of my floors and worked with me to pick out a new stain. They whole job was done very quickly and went smoothly. Siefried called the day after completion to make sure I was happy, when I told him there was a small spot that was missed with the poly he had someone out there right away to take care of it. I am very happy with my floors and plan to use them to replace carpet in my bed rooms.

I won't ever call on their services again! Scott (the owner) had to be called in after the job was done because of necessary repairs that were less than two weeks old. Repairs were made only to have the problems persist. When they were called out again Scott did not honor any of their work and blamed it on the builder, who Scott blamed for installing the joist incorrectly. He has no proof of this but my home was built to code, so it's a business owner not doing his job! I won't ever suggest anyone using this business.

Great service! Installers called in advance of arrival, were prompt (actually a bit early), very polite, professional, hard working, tidy. They had to move heavy furniture out of the room in order to remove/replace carpet. Went above and beyond by putting an extra screw to hold the mirror on the back of the dresser, and also by carrying carpet fragments to the attic for storage. Would definitely have them back for carpet replacement.

Everything went fine with the purchase and the installation except for the fact that they had agreed to fix my subfloor from squeaking upstairs in two places. I told them if they could not do it then I would do it or get it done myself. I stressed that fixing this floor was a must. They said they would take care of it. They came out to install the carpet and were just in too big of a rush to finish in one day and the subfloor was not only not fixed but it squeaks more than before. I called them and they sent the original installer out. He told me he could not fix the floor. He said he didn't know how. I told him that it was okay. If he could come back and just pull the carpet back that I would hire someone else to fix the floor. He agreed. We had the repair setup on a Friday morning. I had the guys ready to fix the floor and the carpet guys did not even show up. I have called and sent emails and no one is responding. I have sent several emails to no avail. I would not have minded if they had told that they could not fix the floor. I even agreed to hire someone else to fix the floor all they had to do was come back and pull the carpet back and then put it back down once the floor was fixed and the installer agreed. I sent emails to the project manager detailing what was going on and what we had decided to do. Once again, no response. I also showed the installer where one of the seams in the carpet was showing pretty bad and he agreed to fix it as well but never showed back up.

Sales were courteous, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Installers were knowledgeable, skilled, clean, on-schedule and helped with furniture.

Well first of all. My sales representative, Siegfried E. did a great job of explaining different carpet types and styles to me. He provided samples of a variety of colors to choose from. His measurements for quantity were right on the money. Minimal waste. Very personable and friendly and helpful. Made trips out before, during and after the job was complete. Top notch customer service. The installation crew that came out were just great. Polite, friendly and professional. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Allowed me to review the work multiple times and fixed any small concerns immediately. Quality of the carpet varieties and materials, the order and installation process and Simmons Floorcovering Co., customer service were just great. I would highly recommend using this company for your next professional or home project.

I chose Simmons because of Angie's List reviews. In the showroom Siegfried was helpful while also being low pressure. When I finally made my tile selections, Siegfried was able to give me an estimate and schedule the job quickly. Martin's tiling crew were all hard workers who did a great job. They worked for three long days to get all of the tile work done. There were two more days of odds and ends (plumbing, granite) to finish up after that. Siegfried checked in three times during the week and called in between to make sure all the work was being done as planned. I was very pleased with Simmons' work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or neighbor. I only wish I had known about them when I had my master bath done a few years ago by a local contractor who was a "jack of all trades, master of none". My finished bathrooms look great and the entire process was fairly painless. Ask for Siegfried when you go to Simmons - he is in the showroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are exceedingly pleased with the entire experience. Siegfried worked with us to select the perfect floor for our home and our budget. We had bids from 4 or 5 other flooring companies, and we selected Simmons for their professionalism and willingness to work with our needs. The installation crew was friendly and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. The final product looks amazing! I purchased the flooring from them and they installed it. They took total and complete care of my during the sealing stage and then they laid the flooring down. Their price is equivalent to just about anywhere. They have a good price. When I went in he had already been out to the house to measure the house. He knew exactly what I was looking for so instead of me having to go through miles and miles of linoleum he pulled out exactly what I was looking for and said that was what he thought I might be interested in. He was right on the nose. I won't go anywhere else.

Siegfried (sales) was prompt, friendly and professional. He came to our home the day after we contacted Simmons with several samples and he helped us choose our carpet. Installation was scheduled that afternoon and two weeks later Jose and his crew of two showed up on time and ready to get to work. Communication from Siegfried and Jose was clear, timely and professional.

My wife and I dropped by Simmons Flooring to look for replacement tile flooring for our entry hallway, kitchen, dining area, internal hallway, half-bath and laundry room. We were immediately greeted by Siegfried Ehmke who escorted us to the tile area of the store pulled tile samples for us based upon the information we provided and the samples we brought from home such as a piece of the kitchen counter top, backsplash, and wall colors. Siegrfried then left us to our own discussions but was readily available to answer all questions and provide recommendations. Based on his knowledge and information we chose a sample tile and was invited to take it home to see it in our lighting and environment. We made arrangements for Siegrfried to provide an estimate, especially when he told us that as a member of Angies list we were eligible for a 10% discount on the tile. Siegrfried arrived at the appointed time and surveyed the scope of work. The old flooring had already been removed so the slab was visible. During this process he made excellent suggestions and answered all of our questions, such as installing the tile on the diagonal, covering the slab with redguard to prevent any future cracking, or tile lifting. Siegfried provided the estimated which included not only installing the tile, but moving kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and resetting the toilet in the half-bath. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the work which was estimated to take 3 days. The scheduled morning of the work, Siegrfried called to tell us that the crew was on their way with all of the necessary materials. He also stated that he would visit the job on the next day. Martin and his crew arrived shortly after the phone call and immediately set about the business at hand. Martin verified exactly what would be done such as, moving appliances, redguard coating ,diagonal tile installation, and also verified the proper tile and grout that were to be installed. Martin and his crew were a pleasure to have in the house. They treated everything as if it belonged to them, were very competent and diligent in their work. They finished the job about noon of day 3 and returned everything to it's place in working order. I would highly recommend Simmons Flooring for their tile work and their sales and installation people.

Installers were on time each day and very thorough. All molding safely taken off and put back on and detailed back with caulking. Cleaned up each day although it took 3 days, each day was left in order. They put all furniture back and even put on floor protectors on all the furniture that I had purchased. Salesman showed up each day to overlook job.

Arrived on time / floors laid in recomd time / left no mess job perfect.

You can stop looking now, Simmons flooring exceeded my expectations. I have had many repairs to my home and never desired to submit a review for a company until now. My experience came with a feeling of family, professionalism, and superior knowledge. Starting with the no pressure initial estimate from the project manager, Siegfried, followed by the selection process with Larry; the large samples sealed the deal. The process continued with meeting the humble owner, Scott, fair pricing, on time delivery, and installation close to perfection. I will recommend this organization to all my friends and family. We are very pleased with Simmons! In early December 2014 they removed the old hardwood floors from our kitchen and breakfast area and installed wood look tile. They also replaced the carpet in the den. In May 2015 I used them again to replace all the carpet in my father's house. September 28 & 29, 2015 Simmons replaced the carpet in the upstairs of our house. The experiences could not have been better, and the prices were the same or better than the big box stores. We have dealt only with Siegfried and he has been great! He is very responsive, understanding, and insists on a quality job from his subs! I would definitely recommend Simmons.

We went by the showroom with an idea in mind of something we wanted, but after taking the samples home we went with a completely different product and are really very pleased with it. We didn't get much input/guidance on the selection of our color or tile size choice, but are happy with the end result (getting to check out the samples helped tremendously!) The tile installers came a bit later than we were told, but once they were here they worked quietly and efficiently and were actually able to get done in one day instead of the 2 we were told...yay! They did a great job and even cleaned up nicely before they left. Our sales rep, Siegfried, came out to check out the progress which was very nice. We have had A LOT of work done on our home and we haven't had very many of them come and check on the job while it's happening. We discovered the next morning as we went to re-install our pot filler that we hadn't left a big enough opening in the tile, but Siegfried contacted his tile crew and one of them came out the next morning!! Overall, we are very, very pleased and would definitely use them again!!!

Carpet was ordered, received quickly, scheduled and installed. Installation was done very well and cleanup was excellent. Interactions with both sales and installation folks was easy, comfortable and professional. We are very pleased with our new carpet!
