It wasn't easy on us homeowners, but we knew it wouldn't be because it required so much rearranging and cleaning (like we were moving.) But the Simmons folks were great through the whole process. The workers were prompt and worked long, hard days, yet never indicated we were a bother when we came around to check things out midday. Always courteous and professional and did excellent work. Siegfried was our salesman and was also the project manager, so he was more hands-on than I expect from a salesperson. Even though they used extra equipment to keep the dust from the removal of the old tile to as little as possible, and they cleaned up quite a bit, I wish we had realized just how far that stuff would reach - like into every kitchen cabinet even though they were closed. Cleanup was major for us once we returned (stayed in a nearby hotel 3 nights to stay away from the mess in progress.) We had covered a lots of furniture and closet openings, etc., with plastic sheeting, but didn't think it necessary to cover cabinets. That it wasn't brought up more in the preliminary discussions, so that we could have done something about it, is the only disappointing thing about the whole process. That said, we are very glad we followed the recommendations of so many on Angie's List for Simmons Floor Covering. Since we just replaced every floor in the house, we'll not need to come to them again for our floors. But we will definitely return for the backsplash and fireplace surround replacement.

Perfect in every way!. They delivered on every time commitment and the quality of workmanship and professionalism from Siegfried Ehmke and the installation team was an A++. Every detail was handled completely, and they did a terrific job of cleaning up as well. I would give Simmons my highest recommendation for any and all needs. They are very easy to do business with, and I will be using them again for some carpeting in my home next year.

Almost everything went as scheduled. They had to come back and do some touchup and there was some resistance to do it, but the floors turned out great! We are very pleased with the work. They are not the least expensive, but very high quality.

My hot water heater, in the attic, broke and flooded a large portion of my house, including both hardwood & carpeted floors. To have the flooring replaced, I interviewed representatives from several flooring companies. I chose Simmons Floorcovering because of their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and their many positive reviews. I definitely made the correct choice! Siegfried was great I work with. He was very responsive, efficient, and customer-oriented. Bruno and his crew removed the old flooring and did the subsequent installation. The did an excellent job and my new floors look beautiful! What impressed me the most was the honesty of Siegfried and Bruno when, at one point during the installation, Bruno discovered moisture on the slab in a bedroom. He showed me the moisture and said that he could not continue the installation until the moisture problem was remedied. My immediate response was to thank Bruno for his honesty, as I know that some flooring companies would have gone ahead and put the flooring down over the wet slab, without telling me about it. Siegfried followed up with a moisture check and graciously spoke with the slab leak plumber when he came to check for a plumbing leak. Needless to say, this problem disrupted not only my schedule, but also Simmons' installation schedule. After the slab moisture problem was fixed, however, Seigfried and Bruno were able to quickly reschedule the installation and finish the job. I cannot more highly recommend Simmons Floorcovering!

We were very happy with the whole experience. The workers were polite and professional, and definitely were highly experienced. The tile looks amazing. The owner checked in daily to oversee things which was very nice. Would highly recommend this company.

The salesmen that helped us, Sigfried Ehmke, he was very helpful, informative, nice, not pushy just very pleasant to work with. Very helpful in identifying what we need. All the workers prompt, very good, took their time going the job right. Very pro, laid the floor down, did a great job. Very polite and respectful. For two people they did a great job. Finished the work in just one day. The result is beautify. We already intend to use the again to install carpet for our bedroom.

Honesty, Integrity & very Knowledgeable about any product they had, or didn't have in their showroom. BTW the show room is BEAUTIFUL! I could not be more pleased with the service and experience I had with Simmons Flooring. My house flooded last spring which turned into a lot of repairs and ultimately a remodel. I had already worked with another company for my wood flooring. I wish now I had used Simmons after I experienced such professionalism working with Sigfried on my recent carpet purchase and installation. He was extremely professional, personable and took his time in every way. He went above the call of duty on many occasions and stopped by prior to installation to make everything was in order and then again to make sure the installation was going well. The entire process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. He was also able to have the carpet shipped directly to Denton avoiding some bypass route. My carpet is gorgeous and the installers were very professional as well and very skilled. It looks fantastic. I would definitely go with Simmons Flooring in Denton again. Larry was super patient and helpful in guiding us in our choices. Raphael and his crew were courteous, professional, and timely during the installation process. We could not be more happy with our floors. We would definitely hire them again!

When we decided we wanted to install wood flooring we did a lot of on-line shopping to see which local companies had the best reviews. To be honest, not many had even average reviews. We stopped by Simmons Flooring on a Saturday around 2:00 in the afternoon to find Siegfried in the store. Little did we know, they we not open, and Siegfried was there to meet a client. He said, "No problem, come on in and let me see what I Can find for you." We were surprised he let us stay in the store and shop a while. After looking at other stores, and getting another quote, we decided to use Simmons Flooring, and we are very happy with our new wood floors. Siegfried brought in Jose and his crew to install our floors as well as new baseboards, and they did a fantastic job. We had a rotted out sill on the exterior of our home and they repaired it as well, which ended up looking brand new. We absolutely love it. We had gotten several recomendations on who to use and they all agreed Simmons was the best. From the moment I walked into the store and met Larry Moore I knew I didn't need to look any further. Perfect salesperson - extremely knowledgeable and very low pressure. Really appreciated his help through the whole process. Their installation team did a great job and it is beautiful.

Great! Scott and his dedicated staff brought samples and offered sound advice on different options. They were patient while I took other bids, even brought more samples. Spent more time with me than any competitor. On top of that they were very competitive on their final bid. Job started in time. I was told what to expect each day. Crew was polite and careful with the furniture. Easy to see why they have such an excellent reputation.

We were fortunate enough to work with Sig. He is very professional, honest and truly engaged in the entire project. Sig gave us the name of a man named Randy to address our needs with painting and appliance installations and limited wall moving. Sig's referral was outstanding, which in my opinion, is an example of the perfection Sig shoots for. Sigs installers were extremely polite, thorough and on time. I appreciate the wonderful service provided by Simmons and will surely use them again for Stage 2 of our project, the bathrooms. In so far as Sig, he is stellar. He immediately answered all of my phone calls, assured me of all of my doubts and made himself available to his installers even going so far as to help with the labor required to remove the demolished tile from the site. Sig came to the house each and every day his installers were working in order to check on the progress of the job something which I truly appreciated as I had a litany of questions daily. I strongly recommend Simmons, and in particular Sig, to anyone looking for a reliable and highly capable service.

Simmon's Flooring and Design did a great job from start to finish. The project manager, Siegfried Ehmke, made sure that the project was completely understood before the work started and personally had eyes on at the home. The install team led by Jose did a really good job of organizing the work into a logical manner by completing the living spaces before moving into the bedroom areas and planning out the direction of the flooring, the randomness of the board for a nice color spread, and ensuring minimal dust and waste. We always got our questions answered and had procedures explained to us in detail before it was performed. Overall it was very professional and a great experience with Simmons. Thanks guys!
