The installers arrived and moved the remaining heavy furniture. Very communicative about explaining the steps as they went along. They were very professional and friendly and completed job in a non rushed manner. The flooring is beautiful and perfectly cleaned when job was completed. The staff at the store were very helpful in answering any questions and continue to be helpful as this was a new experience. i would consider Simmons Flooring on any future projects.

The folks at Simmons Flooring (receptionist, salesperson, installer and owner) are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell. Our sales assistant Seigfried was exceptionally helpful and patient. He gave us valuable suggestions and all the time we needed to decide on our flooring. He truly cares about his customer by giving us the pros and cons, he never pushed for anything expensive or would look awkward in our house. Jose and his crew was punctual and professional. They left the work area clean everyday 4 days total. We were fortunate to have Jose as our installer, he is a true craftsman. Our floor look amazingly beautiful. Simmons Flooring is wonderful to work with. We'll definitely call on them again for our next project.

From the first moment we stepped into the Simmons showroom and met Scott through the end of the installation, we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Scott was so helpful in explaining all of our carpet options in the category we were looking. He helped us through the decision process and made several trips to our home to drop off different carpet samples and had other samples shipped to us directly from the manufacturer. He was prompt to get bids to us and kept us posted with shipping and installation dates. We had our entire home carpeted except for a few tiled areas. It was a big job and the entire crew was so willing to work with us to give us an extra day between the upstairs and downstairs to move things around. They pulled up all the old builder-grade carpet, cleaned the floors, and installed the new carpet--working a few long days to get the job done as promised. Rafael and Daniel did an excellent job and were extremely careful with walls and our furniture. They were so patient with me to get the furniture back in place "just right". Scott and Rafael were quick to come back for a few touch-ups after installation and everything turned out beautiful. After shopping three other carpet companies and finally deciding on Simmons Flooring, we are so happy we chose Simmons. We highly recommend Scott and Simmons Flooring and will definitely use them again.

On time and courteous. The 2 man team communicated the process - needed 2 brief breaks as ran short on tile transition pieces - no change in price, though extra material was needed.

We contacted Simmon's Floorcovering after our hot water heater sprung a leak while we were out of town for the weekend. The hard food floor in the hallway in front of the hot water heater closet was ruined as well as the carpeting and pad in an adjoining bedroom. Since the hard wood floor was continuous throughout the hallway, living room, dining room and hall closets and was approximately 11 years old, the insurance adjuster and contractor decided that it could not be patched and had to be completely replaced. This was a much bigger job than we anticipated! Siegfried and the owner both came out the same day I called and took a look at the damage. They recommended a restoration contractor to us and worked together to prepare a repair estimate. They found the original flooring for us and a carpet the matched almost exactly to the original carpeting in the bedroom. Siegfried was very professional and available to answer all my questions. We had a few concerns after the floor was put in and they fixed everything to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the finished product. The floor is more beautiful than the original that we replaced. Their people also removed all of the old flooring and hauled it away. Every step of the process was explained and completed in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

very professional experience from start to finish. Siegfried was very helpful and informative when he came out to measure and do the estimate. the installation crew was very professional and did the work in the time frame we were given. we are very happy with the floors and the whole experience.

Our home was built in 98 with a mix of wood and carpet spaces. Over the years the wood floors had been damaged in some small areas by over watering plants and this latest damage due to dishwasher breaking down. We contacted our original flooring company in addition to several others for either choices or prices offered. We were given quotes and then either ignored after trying to followup or contacted repeatably for an answer. When I contacted Simmons I spoke with Siegfried who responded quickly and provided a thorough quote and gave us time to make a decision, in addition to helping us with with various choices. Once our start date was set for Mon. 9/8. Prior delivery of the wood and supplies had been done on 9/5 so when the crew arrived they could begin. My wife and I had removed breakables from inside our cabinets to be moved and tried to store in other rooms excess furniture so less furniture would need to moved. The start date was not changed and the crew with supervisor Steve were on time. Steve was very helpful with explaining what was going to happen over the next few days and demo started with removal of old wood floors and carpet. Eddy and his partner worked very hard over the next few days to remove the old and install the new floors, we did our best to stay out of their way and survive the temporary noise and dust along with our 2 large dogs. My wife is not well so being home while all this work was done is a little trying but was worth it now that it is all over. The install exposed some things that our builder and original flooring company had done that now have to be addressed which is separate from Simmons install but we are very pleased overall. The work was completed on Thurs. 9/11 with a couple minor items to be finished which I,m sure will be done as promised asap. I am happy the quote Siegfried provided did not change with any hidden surprises and all the supplies and wood provided were as promised to complete the job. My wife is already looking to change a couple of other rooms as well and we will use Simmons again when the time comes. Everyone we have met and worked with at Simmons floor-covering has been very helpful and friendly. Thank you Siegfried, Steve and Eddy and partner!

We highly recommend Simmons Flooring. Siegfriied Ehmke was very helpful and knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy. He came to our house to introduce the installers and again to make sure we were satisfied. Jose Ramirez and Josue Ruiz installed our engineered wood floors in a timely manner.. They were excellent craftsmen and attentive to us when we had questions. They did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. We are extremely pleased with the sales people and installers at Simmons Flooring and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Scott provided excellent customer service through the entire process of picking out carpet to matching our wood flooring. We wanted to replace carpet to finish out the downstairs in wood floors, so the flooring needed to match to the existing floors as much as possible. And after the install, you can't even tell the flooring wasn't done at the same time. Simmons did a great job of matching the wood and laying it so you can't even tell the wood was not done at the same time. It looks great! Scott was very patient in helping us pick out the right carpet for our home, and the install was fantastic. So far, no issues with the carpet. One note.. After the wood floor was installed, there was some glue residue. As soon as I called about it, Scott had someone take care of it the next day! Besides the glue on the wood flooring, I have not had to call Simmons again, so I have no additional comments on service after the install, but I suspect any issue will be taken care of as needed. I would definitely use Simmons again, and plan on calling them when I need to replace my tile flooring.

The difference between our carpet and our wood floors is simply amazing. We chose Bela Cera Monticello and Simmons Flooring Co as our supplier and installation company. Siegfried Ehmke was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us through the selection and purchasing process.He supervised and maintained the schedule we had discussed. Our lead installer, Jose, and crew members, Josue and David, were professional, on-time and courteous. They moved and reset our heavy furniture, kept the work site clean and hauled away all trash. The beauty and richness of the flooring exceeded our expectations. We are very, very pleased with our new Bella Cera wood flooring in our home. We highly recommend Simmons Flooring Co to anyone in need of a new wood floor.

The materials were delivered when promised. The workers showed up on time the day of install. The project manager for our work was Steven, and he did a good job of removing the carpet and making sure the concrete base was level and smooth before allowing his 2 foreign employees to lay the new flooring. The 2 guys worked well, and were pleasant, singing along to their music. The job lasted from 8:30am until 4pm, at which time the crew cleaned up and left. They did a good job of cleaning up and removing any trash/debris that they created during the job. Steven returned the next morning to walk with me and evaluate the final product. I was concerned with one of the T-moulding pieces not sitting flush. Steven removed it, reworked it himself, and it is now sitting as it should. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience and will use Simmons Flooring for all my future flooring needs.

The crew arrived when scheduled. Of course the preparation work on the floors was very dusty, however the crew did their best to keep it to a minimum. They covered all the furniture, which helped a lot. (We had covered and taped all areas were we did not remove items.) The work took longer than we were expecting, but no end timeline was given before the work began. All the work took 5 days. Many days the crew stayed late. The work was beautifully done, we could not be more pleased with the results.

From the very first call Simmons was very responsive and helpful. Siegfried was a wealth of information and didn't mind at all how many questions I asked ( and I had a bunch). I got two other bids and Simmons was by far the best. I also had a good feeling about the company and was very comfortable dealing with them. Siegfried was very patient with us as we were unsure what product we wanted to install and we were also very off and on about proceeding with the project. He just picked up where we left off and was able to schedule our installation on short notice. The installation took a little longer than expected, but we ran into some issues with the subfloors upstairs. We very much appreciated our installers and the effort they took to find solutions and then take their time to do the job right. The carpet installers were very efficient and addressed any issues we had very quickly and with a great attitude. I would highly recommend this company to others. We are very satisfied.

Everything was done professionally from beginning to end. Several friends had highly recommended Scott Gaulden and Simmons Flooring after using them. Scott and I talked on the phone about what types and colors of carpet and tile I was thinking about and then brought samples to my house. His instincts were great and I ended up picking my carpet and tile from his original samples. He measured the house and emailed me a detailed quote within 24 hours. We scheduled the tile grout cleaning for the next week. I couldn't have been any happier with William, the serviceman, and his work. He was polite, did a great job and put everything back exactly where it had been. Scott was very helpful in scheduling the carpet and tile installation around my teenager's schedule. I was trying to get it done while he was away at camp and Scott was able to make that happen. Jose, the carpet foreman, arrived on the scheduled date and his men immediately went to work. My husband and I had tried to move as many things off the floors of closets and rooms as possible, but there was still a lot to be moved. Jose and his crew were incredibly helpful in moving all the furniture and helping me finish moving things out of the closets. Our office was especially difficult given our numerous computer and electronic equipment hookups and our heavy desks. The men were unfailingly polite and didn't complain even once. After removing the old carpet, they swept each room clean before laying the new pad and carpet down. The old carpet and other trash were carried off each day when the crew left. The whole job took 2 and 1/2 days. All furniture was put back where it belonged and Jose made sure I was happy with each room before they left. I will definitely use Scott Gaulden and Simmons again for my future flooring needs and will highly recommend them to my friends.

We received quotes from three flooring contractors. While Simmons was slightly higher, my fiancée and I were very impressed with Simmons reviews on Angie's list and our initial meeting with Siegfried (our sales rep). I had done as much homework as possible on the project, but Siegfried educated us on things we had not thought of and that other contractors had failed to mention. We trusted him immediately. To achieve the desired look, the existing hardwoods had to be sanded down, rescraped, and stained the same color as the new hardwood being installed. The finished product looks great. You can not tell where the existing and new floors meet. The only hiccup we had concerned the quarter round trim and some floor stain that ended up on our baseboards. Siegfried had warned us that there would likely be a little stain on the baseboards that would require touching up, but it was more than I had anticipated. The quarter round was only installed where the new floor was installed. This resulted in an awkward appearance with half the floor having quarter round and the other half not having it. However, when this was brought to Siegfried's attention, he was very responsive. He had his guys out the next day to install the remaining quarter round. We touched up the paint on the baseboards ourselves as he did warn us that touch up would be required. The carpet looks great as well. I would definitely use Simmons again and would request to work with Siegfried.

The quote went very well. The salesman brought samples and was very informative about each sample. He helped us make a very pleasing decision on which carpet to purchase. The installation went very well. The workers were punctual, professional, and very nice. They replaced and installed the carpet in two days for a 2100 sqft. house. The supervisor even repaired a hole in the stairs to better support the carpet free of charge. The home was cleaner after the job than before it began which was a plus. Overall it was an excellent service. I will pass them own to anyone I know in the area in need of carpet. A+

The salesperson, Larry, was very helpful. Pepe and Ramon came on both days. They were helpful and very efficient. I felt by the end of the first day, that I could totally trust their expertise.

The installation crew, led by Jose, was very efficient and made sure everything was perfect before they completed the job in the timeframe quoted. It went very well. Simmons was willing to meet with us on multiple occasions to provide consulting and to make sure that we would be happy with our selections. Very pleased with the way Simmons was able to match and lay the new wood so that it flowed from the existing wood in the dining room. And the tile work in the bathroom was exceptional...very pleased. The carpet looks and feels wonderful. Overall, Simmons and crew were very professional and easy to work with. We plan to work with them in the future.
