On 1/29/15 my husband contracted with them to remove flagstone and lay rustic stamped concrete. They were very quick to get the $1,600 down payment, but not so quick to start the job. It took weeks to get them out, when they did come they removed the flagstone, put the boards in for forms, and left. It took weeks before they came back with numerous phone calls from my husband to get them to lay the concrete. In the meantime, my cancer stricken husband was trying to keep the water from rains from coming in the house since they blocked the run off with the board forms. When they finally did lay the concrete Daniel wanted the rest of his money before they came to seal the concrete. It was to be shiny and wet looking. Again it took weeks for them to come to do the sealant, which ended up being chalky looking and not shiny. The concrete by July had serious cracks going all the way across that forked from the middle out to two sides. The cracks were more than just hairline cracks. Sadly, my husband passed away July 7th so he didn't get to try to get them to fix the sealant. I called Daniel, after several attempts he did show up. He recognized the cracks and the fact that the sealant was not good. Said they would be out to strip the sealant and fix the cracks. After MANY attempts to get him back out here, all documented in text messages on cell phone, he showed up 8/20 with a two of his crew. They chipped away at the cracks and said they would be back the next day to strip the sealant, which they did. They put all my expensive brand new patio furniture in the yard on the grass and planned to leave it there until they returned. I have a note stating they would be here on Saturday to reseal it. Saturday came they another excuse that they needed to buy the sealant and the store closed at noon. Said they would be here Monday to seal. Monday came and gone. Received a text message 8/24 stating they have the sealer and would be here this morning. They are a no show and I'm filing complaints with every social media and BBB that I can locate. This company has extremely poor business management, full of excuses for why they cannot get things done. BEWARE THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU!!!! If I can save just one person from the frustration and grief they have caused then I have accomplished something good for them.

They were late to starting Mach of 2013 but after starting other than leaving our gate open the work went well. Daniel, the owner, Recommended we seal the back patio so we paid the extra to have it sealed. In the winter of this year we noticed water settling in a low spot on the patio. We called them back and after about two weeks Daniel returned. He agreed there was a low spot and sent workers back with no advance warning so we weren't home when they made the repairs. The repair work is shoddy and the mortar color does not match the rest of the patio. They also did not come back to smooth out the surface and never sealed the repair work. In February we noticed the flagstone was flaking off and leaving what appeared to be concrete. We wrote numerous emails and made repeated phone calls to the business. Finally the owner emailed us and said the flaking was normal since we hadn't sealed it and they wouldn't do anything since it had been over a year. When we sent pictures to him and told home it had indeed been less than a year and we had sealed it, he came out on March 24th, said the flaking was"normal" but he would power wash it and if we thought the power washing looked good he would only charge us $150 to seal it again. We have attempted to reach him since that date and he has never come back. Two weeks ago he told us he had a family emergency and he would be out that weekend (the weekend of 5/3) but of course he never showed up. We posted a comment on his Facebook page this evening. He called us and said "if you take any action, you'll regret it". We simply want what he agreed to in March. We also had a flagstone walk installed last year by another vendor and there is ZERO flaking.
Description of Work: The provider built a retaining wall garden in our front yard, a flagstone patio in the back yard, and stained a pergola in our backyard in March of 2013.
