Finally, a computer service that is knowledgable and proficient. From the time the technician walked in the door, I felt confident that we had found somebody that could troubleshoot and address our recurring computer/Internet router issues. After virtually blowing out the Internet port on on 4 routers in a 3 week period and the Internet provider telling us it was "not their fault/issue" , Chris thoroughly checked all our computers and equipment. He determined that the ground on our roof was faulty. Lo and behold, the Internet service was now listening and installed a new ground. We have had absolutely no issues since. Chris also helped us to expand the range on our router to better cover our home. If you are looking for somebody with the knowledge and experience to get the job done, this is the company to contact.
