+ -1 moreIf the owner, Brett, does three work, you'll get the service you expect. The guys who worked for him at the time we had our installation were terrible. Brett did come and do repair. Part of our installation (damper for dual climate) is still not quite right, but the system as a whole is finally up and running. I was disappointed that when I sent a certified letter requesting correction, no one signed for it and it returned to me.

+ -1 moreBrett Smith came to my house to give me a estimate, he was totally professional, he gave me the best estimate of the four I had gotten, I scheduled for them to come out, They showed up 15 minutes early, removed my old units, and replaced them with the new ones with in about 3-4 hours, This man and his crew know their stuff!! I have referred him to 6 other people and they are completely satisfied with the Professional service and great quality Products!! It is so Nice to have Dependable, Honest, Hard working, People/Company that Backs their work and Products!
