Description of Work: I would not recommend this company for a move out cleaning. At first everything was great, they arrived promptly the day after speaking with them. Unfortunately there is a difference between "cleaner" and "clean". The first time they came out the interior of the oven had not been touched, the blinds were still dusty, the medicine cabinets were still dusty. I had explained before hiring them that my final walk through inspection would be darn near white glove. They said they understood. After their 2nd trip out to clean the items, oven was cleaner but not clean and the racks were put in the oven with cleaner still on them.

It is unfortunate that the service was not to the customers approval. After finishing the clean it was approved by the husband. Later we received a call stating certain items were not to the wifes liking. The the next day they called with more issues. We came back out and in certain situations items can not be made new from cleaning. After the second time they said they approved again. We strive to be the best and 99% of our customers are satisfied. If you have any doubts from reading this posting we have many references available and will do our best to make sure every customer is satisfied. It is unfortunate that we coul not make this customer satisfied. As owners we strive for quality and will always guarantee our work as to why we made a second visit on this account. At a certain point customers have to understand that cleaning companies can not make tubs, ovens, and worn out and used items new again.
