We initially met with Justin Newland and were immediately at ease with his laid back attitude. He listened to our requirements and why we liked the lot we initially chose. He then offered to show us some lots he thought might be better for our needs and then discussed the pluses and minuses of each. We selected the lot he suggested, made an offer on and have been thrilled. The lot has far better views than our original choice. Everett offered to split the costs for the fence on one side and for the water lines to our lot. They were and continue to be very responsive to our questions. Every service we have asked about, such as fence installer was very professional, cost effective for the great quality of the service, and a great help. The title company they recommended, Title Resources, was efficient and professional as well. The highest praise we can give Justin and Everett is they are old school. They put the client first. They are honest, trustworthy, and most importantly they shake your hand and thank you for your business. What they tell you they will do, they do. We would do business with them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for acreage in the north Denton County area.
