Scheduled appointment which they then changed. Sub contractor showed up gave estimate of $65 and told to proceed. Then explained he has not worked much on ceiling fans. He started working and proceeded to drop my fan breaking another switch and one of the light shades which I have since found out can not be replaced and it is part of a matched pair in a room. The contractor then said that he did not have his tools with him and would go get them and a replacement switch for the one he broke and would return later in the day. Never saw or heard from him again. Did not hear from Handyman again for a long time and then they wanted to schedule an appointment like I had never talked to them before. I wouldn't recommend these totally unprofessional people to take out my trash much less fix something,

Patrick responded very quickly, he came out gave me estimate, explained me very politely how he will do job. He came out next week and finished his job very good. I am very happy with his work and definitely I recommended Mr.Patrick. I also will call him again when I need any help in future.

Connor called me immediately and scheduled a time. He came on time, was very polite and professional. He put everything back together and reinforced all connections. It is now sturdy, stable and back together for use. He told me if anything went wrong in the next few months to call him and he would come back and fix it for free.

Also had his drywall person come out to look as I had extensive drywall damage. Both came out on time, were very courteous and explained everything. He was my 2nd choice and gave me a good price. Next time I would consider using him.

Following my explanation of the project, Mr. McClain closely examined the area, and was prepared to proceed in the manner I had specified, but after closer examination, he recommended a faster, easier, and far less costly solution. I happily accepted his suggestion; the work was performed two days later, on time and UNDER budget. Mr. McClain was methodical, meticulous, and efficient. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Patrick arrived as scheduled and was 100% true to his work on cost and workmanship. We have had many contractors and if you want someone honest, dependable, professional and who does great work this is the person to hire.

I could not have been happier. I emailed over the weekend. He replied quickly and professionally. He worked me into his schedule early Tuesday morning. He was on-time, very professional, paid great attention to detail, fantastic communication during the process, and very reasonable rates. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. He's been in business a few years now and intends to continue for years to come. So nice to finally find a handyman I know will be around the next time I need something done.

It went great. I managed to get peace of mind. I had begun to feel that the house was "falling to pieces" because of all the little things which needed to be done, and I didn't have time to get to. When he left I felt that a great weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I will start another "To Do" list with him in mind. I think maybe I will have him come out once a year if only to replace the batteries in my smoke detectors.

I had the option to bid on the job, I chose the hourly rate. It was $60 for the first hour, and $40 for every hour after that. I was very pleased with him. On a scale of 1-10, he gets an 11.
