The technician was thorough in the inspection and noted possible future problems. He was tidy and made sure the work area was protected and clean when he finished.

Omar was very professional and extremely thorough. He knew what he was doing. I was expecting some sort of "hard sell" on the chimney cap but instead we were given an estimate so we can make the right decision. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Was pleasantly surprised that when my chimney was being cleaned that there was not soot and debris everywhere. Very professional and clean.

Arrived on time, did a good job, cleaned up well, would hire them again. My hesitation is that their bid for gas logs was extremely high, as was the estimate for repairs to my chimney.

Josh showed up exactly when he said he would, made a minor repair on my water heater, & showed me exactly what I needed to do next time. He was also very nice about explaining how it worked & reassured me that I wasn't going to blow up the house.
