We hired Master Services to come out and clean the bird nests out of our exterior house vents. We asked them to remove the old vents, clean out the issue vents and then place new vent covers with wildlife prevention covers on them. They did such a great job. We experienced that our vents were crushed and half ruined. Scott did an awesome job by coming out on his day off to help figure out how to fix our issue vents. The guys gave it there all and succeeded in not only cleaning out our exhaust and dryer vents on the side of our house but also replaced the old damaged vent covers with new awesome, bird proof vents. Scott, Richard and the whole crew was a great and a pleasure to work with. I'd hire them again in a heart beat!!

Rory from Master Services was prompt, efficient, and answered my many questions about my fireplace. I have owned my house for almost 10 years, and this was my first time to hire someone to clean it and assess its condition. I felt it was well worth the money, and I especially appreciated the advice he gave me about how to best take care of my fireplace. Very professional -- will definitely hire them again. A few weeks after the cleaning, Master Services installed a glass door in my fireplace. Once again, their communication, their service, their advice was all very professional and very appreciated. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

The technician was very professional, knowing exactly what needed to be done and did it quickly. He was meticulous in his care for keeping the work area around the fireplace clean and free from any possible soot. He left our fireplace and home much better than it was before he came!

Work done: chimney sweep completed, back and bottom panels replaced, and back reflector shield installed. All looks great, only concern is that the bottom panel is thicker than our original and I'm concerned coals and ashes will be harder to get out. Husband says "not a problem" Otherwise all was great!!! Tech was awesome!! Would highly recommend for any chimney service needed

The tech was superb. The job was not finished, however, as parts were needed. I responded to the email, but have not heard from them since.

Tech was professional, on time [we have a white mantel], fixed issue quickly, ID himself on arrival . Perform required service as expected.

Chris from Master Services was very efficient and knowledgeable. He said our vent pipe had about a 4.0 out of 10 in the amount of lint in the pipe. I did not rate them 5 stars because Chris left the lint he blew out of the system on our roof to blow away. My neighbors did not appreciate that. I felt the price was $30-50 high compared to the amount of time it took to do the job.
