They called before they came. They were on time with the time they told me. They reviewed what they did and there were no "extras". They were neat, informative, polite and quick!

Wow! I am amazed! As soon as I hit the " submit" button, my phone rang with a freindly, helpful voice on the other end of the line. Fast ervice- excelllant work! The man that showed up was on time, very friendly and professional.. got right on the job, didn't leave a mess, answered all my questions and even gave me some safety/ energy savings tips! I am VERY happy with the service I received!!!

He did an excellent job, was clean and cleaned up when he finished. We felt he was very thorough and professional. He checked up on the roof and all around inside. We were very pleased and will use Master Services again.

He was very helpful - knew what he was doing - proof of quality of work will be when first fire is lit in fireplace - the only downside to your recommendation was it would have been very helpful in these economic times if a local contractor had been recommended - I had to pay a $50.00 charge for Master Services coming out of their service area - so yes, I will recommend them to friends & family but will let them know of the extra charge.

IT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING A CONTRACTOR TO CLEAN AND REPAIR MY FIREPLACE.

Master Services called me VERY quickly; phone support was very polite and was able to make me an appt very quickly. The technician showed up when promised, was very efficient, was careful not to track mud into my home, was careful when working on my fireplace, and did good work (clean, inspect, and repair cracks). Pricing was competitive as well. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went fine with our chimney cleaning. Omar was on time, did a fine job, was neat and tidy, gave me an estimate for some recommended repairs. I plan to have those done at a later date and will definitely be calling them back to do the job.

They let me know the tech was behind and when to expect him to arrive. He arrived when stated and quickly started. He put a big tarp down to protect the floors and cleaned up behind himself. The tech showed me what he found and gave suggestions to improve our fireplaces. When he found something that need to be repaired or replaced he gave a timeframe to allow us to work on what was immediate. The tech also left estimates for all the repairs or upgrades that we talked about.

He was courteous and tidy. He checked the chimney cap and recommended painting the wood.
