The technician called to ask if he could come early and arrived exactly when promised. He took a peek and the fireplace and told me he didn't think it needed to be cleaned since we have gas logs. He did advise us to have the gas logs reconfigured and the base sand etc. replaced because it was all set up wrong. However, there was no pressure to schedule it or do it then. I much appreciated the advice and will schedule it as some as possible. Brody also cleaned my dryer vent which turned into more work than I think he counted on. He was polite and speedy. He completed everything in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again.

Need to send someone onsite who can speak english. I could not understand a word he was saying. the charge for the repair was going to be more than installing a fire place from scratch. I thought the solution was excessive at best.
