They were polite, professional and did an excellent job. The chimeny cleaning was quick and there was no mess, no evidence that they were ever at my house.

Oriiginal appointment was for cleaning and inspection. Fireplace needed a repair and was rescheduled for repair. Repair was made. The service tech was careful to not make a mess and was friendly. Fireplace looks good. Would have given 5 stars but I thought it was a little "pricey"

Very clean work and spent extra time explaining the gas operation (and options).

Rory called before he came to tell me the exact time he would be here - and he showed up right on time. He was neat, clean, friendly, polite, and explained everything...and there was no mess after he'd finished the job. He inspected the roof around the chimney and answered more questions. He even answered questions about "wildlife specialist" and what animals could take up residence in the attic. I will certainly call again.
