This was for a rental property where the previous renter poked a hole through a side panel. Excellent customer service. When they got to the home they encountered a problem, but with a quick phone call to me to discuss they adjusted on a dime and didn't miss a beat. The price caught me a bit by surprise, but I think it was probably very fair; I had guessed it would be lower, but I didn't really have much basis for assuming that. Very happy overall.

They came out and cleaned my fire place, caged it up so that the birds could not get back in to it, cleaned out my dryer vent pipe (goes through the roof) and charged me a great price!!! Could not have asked for more.
