Our chimney needed repairs on the outside. We wanted the repairs to match the brickwork and mortar. We are disappointed in the lack of craftsmanship and will likely hire another company to re-do the job and make it right. I regret hiting Master Services.

Very helpful

The squirrel had already gotten out when the catch and release trap was set, so no squirrel was recovered. I felt like I had paid a substantial amount for basically nothing. However, when they came to get the trap, they did a very thorough inspection for any possible decesased squirrels and entry/exit points. They found an exit hole and pointed that out to us. This thorough inspection made the experience worthwhile.

He presented the options in handling the project and explained the pros and cons. Friendly and not pushy at all . Very quick with the work.

Master Service was able to repair my brick fireplace within one day of my call. The technician did a good job and answered my questions. I did not shop the price, so I can't tell you if it was the most competetive, but with short notice and good servcie, it was worth the price I paid.

Pricing was very reasonable for work done. The Service Tech did a thorough job around the base of the house and sealing the roof areas that were chewed entry points and potienal entry points. They came back 2-3 times to check the traps as presented in the quote. So far I do not hear the rodents. I wuld hire the again.

They came out (on time) and after looking over our chimney, determined that we did not need the chimney cleaned. I was surprised and impressed that they were so honest. We ordered a chimney cap and they put it in place and it looks great. I would recommend them to my friends.
