They sent ba top notch repair person that spent the time and explained how the system worked.

We contracted with Masters Services for rapair/rebuild of our large chimney. We highly recommend them as the service we received was efficient and courteous from the personnel who first answered our phone call to the craftsmen and work crew who did the labor. There was a discrepancy with the original estimate but the owner, Chad, responded to the job site and was eager to see that everything was solved to our complete satisfaction. We consider them to be an A+ company.

Ten y.o. wood/gas fireplace had all cracked/broken fireproof panels replaced, firebox cleaned and had HR Peterson gas log set installed (with new duel burner). Master Services (out of Denton, TX) made quick work of it and did a most professional job. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them for fireplace repairs.

Tech called before arrival, arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Provided diagnostics, made repair, answered several questions, provided a comprehensive invoice. It was the best home repair experience with a contractor that I have ever had.

Friendly, professional, left no mess and called to ask if they could come 15 minutes earlier than the appointment. Not many companies call ahead, let alone to come early!

After 2 days the mortar crown should not have cracked, a waste of time basically, not sure why he bothered to turn up. A child of 5 could have done better. They did agree to refund us on that item.

Philip rebuilt the crown of my chimney after years od disassembly by my family of raccoons. He did a perfect job and was a true professional and a pleasure to work with.
