I purchased a 13K garden tractor/mower from them a few years back. I changed out the 62 " deck for a 54 " deck. They said they could not give me a trade-in, but would sell it on consignment. Well, guess what, they said they know nothing about it after I asked them about its status. So they effectively "Stole" the 62" deck. But to make matters worse, I asked them for a part number for the deck blades, and they refused to give me the part number. I mean I am in a high-risk group for Covid-19, so I need to order online and have it delivered... But that did not seem to matter to them, and when I said well thanks anyway, he laughed at me and sarcastically said good luck! His name is Cody in the Parts area. Anyway, I finally found the model number and easily found the part number on the Deere site... Geeze why such bad customer service? I will never step foot in that store again, and I am making sure I tell everyone. Go to North Texas Lan & Garden, they don't have Deere products, but they are way better with customers. As a matter of fact, instead of buying my new zero turn tractor from Deere, I decided to change to Skag. Sad, I have been a Deere customer for 40+ Years!

At the first of June I took in a 25 gallon sprayer for repair. The sprayer was not seeming to get any electricity. I did not know if it was under warranty, and I fully understood that without a warranty it could take up to 3 weeks for repair (warranty items are moved to the front of the line.) I made phone calls to Ag Pro in Terrell (where purchased) and Eddy Horn tracked down the purchase and warranty information. The sprayer is under warranty. I called Lawn Land and gave the Ag Pro contact information to Carl. he assured me he would get Eddy on the phone, and get to work on my sprayer. A few days later I had not heard back, so I called Carl again. He said he had called Eddy many times but could not get through and Eddy never returned his call. I called Eddy and got him immediately. He had gotten no messages from Carl. Eddy graciously offered to call Carl and fax my warranty information to him. Several days passed with no word from Carl, so I called again. He could not get through to the company with the warranty (Superior Tech) and they were not returning his calls (I sense a pattern.) A few days later Carl did finally call me and tell me he had the information, would pull my sprayer, check it and order any parts. A week passed with no word. I called Carl; he said he had just had the sprayer pulled and there was NOTHING wrong with it. Nothing. Three weeks to determine there was no problem. I understand the busy lawn season. But the run around I received from Carl, and the fact that i had to continually call him to get any information, was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Description of Work: I took a 25 gallon sprayer in for repairs. The motor would not start. Eventually,, the service tech determined that there was nothing wrong with it; the problem lies with the mower that powers the sprayer.
