[removed member name], I apologize you didn't have a good experience with our company. This is the first time I have heard you were dissatisfied with our work in general. We were extremely competitive on the cabinet refacing which included adding several new cabinets. However, the counter tops became an issue when we lost the ability to source the solid surface counter tops you selected since it can take up to 5 weeks for your cabinet materials to be manufactured and delivered; our supplier discontinued your selection during these 5 weeks. We did inform you immediately and made arrangements for alternatives which included granite counter tops. You ultimately selected a laminate counter top that took less than 1 week to manufacture and install. We remain committed to quality while staying within your budget. I do think its unfair to categorize the entire project as a nightmare since the refacing was on-time, without issues, and on-budget. We spent 3 days total as promised. I was onsite several times during the project and you consistently expressed the highest level of satisfaction with the refacing during the entire process. Your total refacing project was $4,375. Installation of three base cabinets (high quality plywood custom cabinets with custom refacing and installation) was $900. The custom installation of your trash accessory was $250 and $100 for the additional door for your bathroom. The laminate counter top and sink you selected was $788. We are no longer sourcing solid surface counter tops as a result of this situation. We have partnered, instead, with several counter top providers. We continue to be extremely competitive in price and in the quality of the services we offer. I do apologize you didn't have a good experience and we will continue to improve our core services.
