+ 3 moreRE: AAA Services (John Portillo) 682-518-1451 Horrible! Upon arrival they demanded $45 cash, no credit cards accepted. They looked at my water heater tanks and then left and never heard from them again....very shady.

Description of Work: Mr John Portillo representing himself as AAA Services KP Pool Service and Cleaning and AAA Lone Star Roofing - aaalonestarroofing.net, John Portillo 817-919-1022. Came out to my home at the request of my Home Warranty Company. He spent about three minutes looking at my pool and then informed me that he just does the estimates and that his technician will do the work when he arrives. He said he would send him out today and if he could not finish tomorrow. He said he collected the money and that his technicians does the work. He then wrote me out a receipt that is a printed three color document with no physical address only phone numbers and a web address that is nonfunctional. He then left and never answered messages at either of his numbers. The home warranty company has tried to contact him and they have had no success either.
