Previous services were excellent, but this time after several phone calls we gave up. Although I completed the contact date above as required, I'm really not sure exactly when these events transpired. First there was just a message that no one was available and they'd call back. Then I spoke directly to a woman who said she'd find out when they could do it and call me back - she didn't. Then I called back again and spoke to a woman who again said that she'd been busy and she'd check and call me back - we never heard back from them until weeks later. We WANTED to use their company because twice before they'd done an excellent job. We paid on time and we tried to be friendly, courteous, and appreciative when they came out for the first two jobs. We really needed the new work taken care of, so we had to go to another company.
