They fixed it in a timely manner but when I got it home I gave them a call back when I had a concern about something that didn't seem to be responding properly. They said, I needed more memory! I was very disappointed that they hadn't indicated or suggested that when I was there. It would cost me an extra service charge to take it back again. They could have done that the first time so that was a bit bothersome to me.
Description of Work: I took my computer in to Best Buy for service when I got a virus.
