Looked to replace the existing water heater in my home. Called 6 different companies and they were the best price and felt the most comfortable with answering all of the questions and very proactive in getting the job done. The installers came did the job and everything looks good and working properly. Also they warrantied the work for 2 years which was the most any others offered.

Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. The only quibble is their scheduling system is a bit all over the place. Talking on the phone with them, they were great about communicating who would be coming and when, and they showed up on time. The automated system would occasionally say someone was coming, when really it was just a phone call. Other than that, service was great, prompt, and professional

I needed to have a gas line run from the attic to the kitchen to convert from an electric to a gas stove and found Force Home Services through Home Advisor. Based on my experience, I recommend them highly. What should have been a straightforward permit process got more complicated due to my development being new. Mandy from Force Home Services took charge of getting the issue resolved, communicated with me to keep me updated and patiently responded to each of my inquiries. The folks who answer the phone were always pleasant and also responsive. No long waits on hold! The technicians that came to provide the quote, responded to run the gas line and finally to install the stove after the permit inspection all were on time, personable, seemed skilled and again, patiently responded to all of my questions and concerns. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely contact Force Home Services.

They came to my home and with free estimate and price was reasonable. Scheduled me for the day I asked for and technician was great. Gave me over view of what was installed and operation of the water heater. I would use them again.

Friendly and easy to work with

The guys who did the work were polite, but there are things that need to happen at the end of /any/ work done in almost every arena; when wrapping up, check /all/ connections. It was late and so dark when their work was finished (and, they had another call to go to, afterward) they couldn't see to properly check the work they'd done. The gas inspector wouldn't pass things the way they were. The CS rep got one of the techs back out the day after Thanksgiving and he fixed one of the problems. They have yet to put a fire retardant collar around the pipe they installed.
