I wanted to thank the technician from Force Home Services. He came to fix the AC system. I had another company looking at. The technician waited very patiently. He was able to solve the problem where the other technician told I had to replace the system (cost ~$10K) or fixing cost would be ~$5K. He was able to fix the issue and test the whole system and get the job done within an hour for less than $400. I felt he was honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks for fixing the problem.

Our first experience with Force Home Services was yesterday. Our AC stopped working. I called several AC companies and was told they could not get to us today, maybe first of next week, unless I wanted to pay overtime charges. When I called Force Home Services, I was told they had a full schedule, but promised to send a tech out between 6-8pm. No mention of overtime charges. Arthur was the tech assigned, he came earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and polite. He found the problem and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with him and this company and will definitely use them again if I have AC issues. THANK YOU !!

initial plumber came out at 9:00 a.m. to give estimate but recommended a new toilet instead of fixing existing one. He was suppose to come back around noon after I purchased my new toilet. I finally gave a call at 3p to the office and they tried to reschedule me for next day, but did end of sending another worker out immediately.
