The $49 initial fee, that will be removed if you purchase their services is deceptive. I was then charged over $300 for a job that took less than 30 minutes and the part was only $100.

I purchased the Navian tankless water heater. After reading up on all of the different units available I choose the. Navian due to the warranty, water output, temp control and the ability to use with our smart home. The hint has been installed for just over 6 months and have reduced our gas consumption by 20%. The savings are nice but, the instant hot water to every faucet is the true bonus. And when all of the kids and grand kids are here and all want to shower at the same time, we NEVER run out of hot water. If you are in need of replacing your hot water heater you may want to visit with Force Home Service for more info on a tankless. As an added bonus I got 6 square feet of space added to my garage as the old heater was a space hog in comparison the the tankless hanging on the wall.

My experience was positive. I can't compare costs, but representative was prompt, identified problem and made the necessary repairs with replacement quickly. Young man neat in appearance, professional explaining everything and cleaned up work area.
