Super fast response. They called me immediately after submit on Homeadvisor. Problem was solved in less than 2 hrs. Good customer service and reasonable price. I have called home warranty company before this but they can not figure out simple problem and deny coeverage.

Our outdoor hose connection was leaking. They were early, fixed us up so quickly they asked if there was anything else plumbing wise that they could help with. Good team!

Tech attempted to utilize existing mount for disposer in sink without changing it out. My dad was on hand to note that old collar leaked and that he had new one all along that should've been used. Only then did tech change the collar mount. Everything worked out fine, it's just that had no one conscientious enough to assert collar issue had been present, the new install would've have leaked.

I'm deaf and senior. I had water main leaked on the street and found it was one & small pipe that needed to be replaced. It took plumber to fix it in 20 minutes. At first he came to take 15 minutes to drain water out then left for 5 hours and had someone came to dig it out and drained water out for 45 minutes then sat on my lawn, walked around on my property and talked on his phone for 3 hours. Plumber, Lupe charged me $935 for 35 minutes of his labor, that is very wrong and ridiculous. Price is outrageous. He took advantage of me, I advised my family, friends, deaf community, & neighbors not to use his service. I recommend highly not to hire this company. They rip off your money.

They came quickly and diagnosed the issue and that we were having.

Service tech diagnosed a weak capacitor and cleaned the system, fixing the problem. I was very thankful considering another company’s service tech said the system needed to be replaced and tried to pressure me into buying a new system.

Very responsive; outstanding customer service by Lisa handling my inquiry and setting up the appointment same day. Repair/replacement by Jorje and Cody was done quickly and efficiently. Jorje was professional in describing what was being done. Very impressed!

This company is local to Denton as we try only to use local companies. They gave us a free estimate and just complete the job. No extra cost and every thing was installed properly and the men were awesome! We will use them again for our needs.

Quick call back and scheduling. Extremely professional and polite serviceman. I would hire him myself in a second. However, billing is a huge issue. 1. No prior notice on mandatory $99 trip charge (even if you don't use them!). 2. Outrageous fixed price clogged drain fee, even if you don't have a problem! (mine was very, very minor and took only minutes). 3. Apparently every service has a fixed fee, which I found to be very high, this should be disclosed prior to service. 4. This type of pricing is oppressive and predatory. I will not do business again with this company, although I would hire the serviceman right for my business if he were available. Update: My dishwasher quit powering up a couple of weeks after the service and it turns out it was the use of an extension cord during installation (not ever recommended). My technician did not discover the dangerous situation and I had to basically do the job over again at my cost. UPDATE - I reported the extension cord issue to them, and they refunded all of my money. Very honest company!
