They came out within an hour of requesting service, which was amazing. He made replacing the thermostat look easy, but then talked me into a yearlong agreement for another $200+ that I’m not even sure what it is. Something about BioClean, which he wrote on the top of the paperwork, but then didn’t leave me the bucket of it? Also was supposed to take the old mercury thermostat with him to discard properly, but that’s still on my counter. I feel like I paid a ridiculous amount of money to replace a thermostat that I probably should have asked a friend to do.

Jerry showed up on time and Repaired our faucet within a couple hours great job and price was fair

They have done a lot of work for me over the years and they do a very good job. I have not had any issues with the work itself, but have had to have them back out to replace parts that didn't end up working properly. They are very easy to work with, and I highly recommend them to others.

They come out for routine checks on plumbing and air conditioning (HVAC). They always do regular check ups, and let us know about small problems - before they become big problems. We are members of their "Comfort Club" & it really helps! I have recommended them many times!
