The Installation Manager, Eric Pierce, is the most rude and unprofessional contractor I have ever encountered in my life. I have 20 years working experience - so that is saying something! The job they did for our office took 3+ days and they had to come back because it still wasn't right. They got it working but on top of attitude from the manager - I would go elsewhere!
