CUA Pools of Denton, TX you started out so great, with so much promise. An automated pool chemical company. Basically a device was installed on my pool that had sensors for chlorine and PH. If the chlorine was low the system added liquid chlorine using medical pumps. Neat stuff. Unfortunately the reality has become a complete disappointment. The pumps often break, the system has no way to detect if the chlorine or acid supply are empty. Most of their techs are either idiots or crooks. I had three visits this spring to correct the PH. Finally on the fourth visit a supervisor showed me that the acid pump had been disconnected the entire time. Their techs cannot diagnose even the most basic parts of their own equipment. Just last week we had a tech visit on Monday. I told him there was yellow algae starting on the east side of the pool. He photographed the west side of the pool to show his boss that he had cleaned the pool. These problems have persisted for two summers now. The ONLY reliable part of their business is the billing. You will get billed no matter what BS is going on with your pool.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! I've dealt with these guys for over two years and it continues to be the worst service pool service I've ever had. They bait you with purchasing their VERY EXPENSIVE proprietary control, which is TRASH!! The system has not worked consistently since I purchased it. What they don't tell you is that no other provider will be able to work with it, when you realize they really are TERRIBLE. PLEASE look at the reviews and avoid these guys at all cost. BTW, the pictures that you see is 1 day after they said they cleaned my pool. Once they've realized you have a grievance with them, there's no getting a hold of them. They also have a phone tree program that identifies your number and send you to never never land to avoid dealing with their TRASH service and equipment. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Horribly run company. They don’t call you back when you need their assistance. The chemicals are usually late to be delivered. Terribly inconsistent pool chemistry and their system is lacking.

It was a challenge to say the least and they did a great job. Fantastic group of people, showed you how to use things and great customer service all the way around. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

It was fantastic. They provided incredible customer service, always on time or early, and they always answered all my questions. This is a one of a kind product that no other companies have.

They did an excellent job and called ahead before they came out. They called me regularly to check up on me to make sure I am happy with the system. They gave great advice on how the filter works and how the return and intake works. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
