They showed up when they said they would and did what we agreed to and did it in a neat professional manner. They charged the price we had agreed to and there were no surprises. I was very satisfied..

They did a wonderful professional job! I used their services twice. The second time they finished a job early and wanted to come by sooner. We had to negotiate on a time. Fortunately, we came to an agreement and it worked out for both our schedules. Perhaps they could be a bit more flexible (adaptable) to the client in terms of schedules ... especially if it is requested by the movers that customer modify their schedule.

The were very responsive and were very careful during the move ... they moved things on hardwood floor.

Justin and Jay couldn't have been more accommodating. They worked non-stop, were very careful with the furniture, and handled every request we gave them with a smile. I spoke with 2 other Denton County movers and decided to go with Brown Box. It turned out to be a great decision and I recommend them highly.

Generally went OK. The lead was very good and experienced. We did not believe the furniture was well enough wrapped around the corners. Generally there are corner protection cardboard pieces which keep dings from happening and they were missing. So, we had some dings and scratches on the corners of the desk. Also, the desk was not put together completely (screws were not tightened, etc.) One of the 3 workers was very young and was not helping much (complained a lot) and then the other worker complained about him. Not too professional. But they worked hard and were tired. We plan on hiring them again -- with caveat of same lead but different workers.

It went really well and quickly.

When I found them from a google search, I filled out a form and received a call with an estimate within 30 minutes. When Bert and his helpers arrived on the day of the move, they were courteous, fast, careful and strong. We wanted to work with a budget of $200 or under, and they moved the heavy stuff out then determined what else they could move in the budgeted time. They had some stairs with tight landings/turns, and got everything moved without damaging furniture or walls. I truly appreciated their hard work, but more than that, their willingness to listen and work with my needs. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was fabulous! We could not have done it without them. It was a difficult move at best. Everyone chipped in and did above and beyond to get things moved and cleaned. They were on time,polite and professional. I would have paid them double!

These folks are great. From our initial phone call to the last box off the truck couldn't have had a better experience. Showed up on time worked non-stop and took careful steps to protect our belongings. In addition all three young men were professional and friendly. Couldn't give any higher recommendation.

Movets communicated well, arrived at first site early, did not stall or slow down and were very courteous.

We have now used Brown Box Movers two times. Their service has been exceptional each time. From the beginning with setting up the move and coordinating with the very polite office staff all the way to the day of the move! The movers arrived on time both times and were very respectful and treated our possessions with the up most care! If we ever move again we will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to all our family and friends!

Stephen, Justin & Brad did a fantastic job. On time, polite, and very hard workers. They packed a POD and loaded their moving truck with our 'stuff' like they were handling their own. My husband and I greatly appreciated having them there. It was the easiest move we've ever had, hands down. All three of these guys were prompt, courteous, friendly and handled a few small bumps we ...inadvertently threw at them. They were very prompt to ask questions about where things needed to be placed and even set our bed up for us. Moving is always a chore but these guys made it look easy. Very detailed and attentive to protect the item. Very professional, and all the workers were so nice and polite. Did a great job!

Everything went okay. Storage unit was almost too small to hold everything, but they managed to squeeze it all in!

They showed up earlier than I thought - which was good! Very friendly, funny and laid back. They were very fast. Nicely groomed. They went with the flow in the midst of chaos. They handled on-site change as well. Hard workers. Wrapped furniture and made sure our furniture did not get wet in the storms on that day. Great group. Hard act to follow.
