My call was answered promptly and I got an immediate quote and scheduled an appointment. Could have had them come to my house and replace it, but a more exact time was available if I came in. They started exactly on time and it took 1 hr as promised. The price was $50 less than quoted due some part not being needed. Good work and good experience. I will certainly use them next time.

They were just great.

After stopping in the local major home improvement centers and shopping for something to give us the privacy we wanted, we were referred to banishing by one of the stores. We went not knowing what to expect. Their showroom was staffed by Linda who answered all of our questions, and provided an informal estimate based on my dimensions. She said that a serious measurement would have to be taken before an accurate estimate could be given. Mark showed up on the 14th and took the measurements. We received a call from David later that day with the actual estimate figures and a time frame of approx 2 weeks. I stopped back to verify the type of glass to be used and gave them the go ahead. I think their estimate was very competitive, seeing what the cost of windows was without them even being installed. Their estimate included the new windows, removal of old, installation of the new, re-installation of the screens. I was told I might have to do a little paint touch up, which i did because the inside blinds and their mounting brackets were removed. Binswangers would call and schedule an installation when they received the windows from the manufacturer. They called and scheduled the installation for 10-21. Curtis, the installer, showed up as scheduled and proceeded to do the job. His experience made the job seem simple. When he left, the only thing different was 2 new insulated windows in our bathroom. Other than that, you would never know he was here.
