Arrived when he said he would. Found and fixed the A/C problem. Very satisfactory job completion.

After a month wait from bid to order, they responded and completed the job in less than 24 hours. And it was mid June. I will use them again for future HVAC work that I need completed.

In addition to annual tune-ups at both our residence and our rental, and many emergency repairs on weekends and late at night, we had Richard come out and install new ductwork and a new furnace unit at our rental a couple of years ago. From start to finish, his crew was punctual, professional and his fee was extremely fair. Richard went out of his way to communicate with us and keep the job moving in a timely manner. Both we and our tenants really appreciated the way the services were performed. Chris was very open and professional in identifying what the problem was and he recommended a well thought out solution that cost considerably less than it could have been. He had to come out several times and was punctual each time. He and his crew were very cordial and trustworthy. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend.
