Armor Shield Roofing

Description of Work: Two years ago, we had a large hail storm in Irving, TX. I had been caring for my grandmother at the time, and I was already overwhelmed at all the work that goes along with caring for a loved one that is ill. When the hail storm hit, I was overwhelmed again by the numerous amount of roofers that kept coming to my door. The thing that really scared me, was they were always men without any ID, and I did not really want to invite any of them in. After all, it was just me, and my grandmother, and I did not know these people from Adam. One day, a very sweet lady named Leslie who was about 45 years old, and very petite came to my door asking if she could inspect my roof for hail damage! I definitely did not have a problem allowing this woman on my roof because she is sweet, and non-threatening. When she came down from my roof, she explained that I did indeed have hail damage, and that she and her brother Kasey (that also made me feel good because it was a family) would be by again after I called my grandmother's insurance company to inspect the roof. When we had the roof put on, I have to admit, that I was a bit put off by the loud noise on our house for a full day, but when it was done, I was absolutely THRILLED. The roof looked wonderful, and I no longer have any leaks in my kitchen that always seemed to happen when it rained. I want to also mention that anytime I called Leslie to come over for something, she answered her phone right away, even if it was a Sunday. That is something that is important to me. Since then, I have referred 5 neighbors to Leslie and her brother, Kasey and they have all been equally satisfied as I have been. Apparantly, many roofers use cheap shingles on the roofs to save money, and Armor Shield Roofing does not; they use the best quality shingles. I do not know the brand of the shingles that they used, but two years later, I am extremely happy. If you are a woman, and get creeped out by a lot of workmen, I definitely recommend Armor Shield. Leslie is the best!
