Description of Work: The first appointment was to be between 11-1 on April 29th. I had discussed the work I wanted done with Henry and he and I planned out what I would need from Home Depot to have ready for the electicians. At 12:55 on the 29th, I called to see if I was still on the schedule - no answer - left a message. At 2:00 I called again - left a message - was never called back. I finally gave up and went on to work. At 2:35 I received a call from the electician saying he was 40 minutes away. So was I, and I was at work - I told him we would have to re-schedule. Two days later I was called back to re-schedule - for May 8th 9-11 AM. On May 8th at 9:15 they show up - take one look at the outside plug I bought and said that that plug wouldn't work. I needed one with a ground fault interupter on the plug. I had discussed this with the person on the phone who warned me that there might be the occasional breaker trip in wet weather, but I could deal with that - what I didn't want to do was go outside and climb through the landscaping everytime it rained to push a button on the plug itself, which is the only way this electician was going to do the installation. So, since this was the only electical work I was wanting, they quickly left without even trying to figure anything else out. I have other outside plugs that do not have this interupter - they are connected to other plugs in the house that do have them. I didn't think about this until after they left. Maybe we could have done something along those lines. I may pursue this later - but with someone else.
