We had purchased a big deal for the service. They came and did the work, and the work was fine, but I was disappointed, because they advertised that you would get 2 man hours of labor, and then they sent 2 men. They came and did not have any equipment, or parts and they said that they had to come back after we purchased the part, and I felt like it wasn't worth it. We tried calling them to come back after we got the piece that was missing, and they never come back. They were nice guys. The price advertised was one thing, and then you end up paying more because they send you more than 1 person, and I don't know what the other guy did.

Vergie came to oversee the work of another licensed electrician and a helper, While the other two men were working, Vergie gave me several estimates of more electrical work I need to get done in the course of redoing my kitchen someday. This was an extra for me in that I got two things done at the same time. I really appreciate the thorough electrical advice and estimates within the same visit. I bought the $99 deal for 2 hours. They were here for about 2 hours and 45 minutes and just charged extra $65 for which I am grateful. I will be getting them out again for the next series of electrical work.

Two men arrived. One went to attic and did wiring, one added plug in bathroom. Cleaned up after themselves. Left.

Job went pretty well. These guys are efficient and know what their doing. My only criticism would be their cleanup. I would expect it to be as good or better than when they found it. I had to ask for the cleanup to be done. They said they had no shop vac. It was the dust from drilling through the wall/brick. Also, I did not like having to replace the front GFI cover box, which stuck out too far. Despite these small things I would use them again. I will just not let them leave until everything is satisfactory.

The service provided went fine. I thought the price was a little bit high.

Before we scheduled, the provider asked me to send pictures of the work that I was looking to have done. He advised that I would need 2 people for the job but they will not send just one person. They also stated that there was a service charge of $45 on top of the $99.00 that I already paid. I just didn’t feel comfortable after speaking with them.

When I asked them to add a wall switch for the fan, they insisted that since the fan had a remote control for the fan they should wire the fan to an existing switch and use the remote. It works BUT not how I wanted it to work. Not adding the switch would be my reason for not calling them again.

Excellent. My husband has 30 years of electrical inspection background and was very pleased with their work. They solved all the little problems that came up with ease. They did what few do . . . they got a code permit and made the code inspector happy. The price was very good. Not only will we use them again, we will refer them in our business. Good job.

He was profession and did a good job. No complications.

Very well. They were punctual. They explained in detail why we need and don't need certain things. One of the gfci outlet wasn't working after they left. When I called, they scheduled a quick trip to our house and fixed it right away.

The guys did a good job with moving the electrical connection. While here we talked about the remodel and they made some additional and helpful suggestions. Had them come back to perform additional work which was done well. Very happy with the work and the crew was very personable and helpful.

It went very well. James was very helpful to explain the safety details and was very straightforward on the recommendations. They basically fixed what another company had done wrong. I was impressed how easily they found the problem. Another company told me I would have to redo all of my underground wiring and James just fixed a loose connection. These guys were great.. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family..

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They were the second electricians I had out. The first one couldn’t figure out what the problem was, he was stumped, and this guy had it figured out immediately. It’s been fixed ever since.

they were very careful with measurements of recessed lights, and did a great job of installing them. They were even very good about putting back all of the insulation in the attic when they were finished. We were very satisfied.

I think it was great. He did a really good job. The deal was about an hour and a half so it was about another half hour and he charged me for that. He went through the entire house and outside and into the backyard for all of the my houses was built in 1981. I have had some issues with the breaker box before and all I need to make sure that there were no major issues, because it is an intermittent problem, it didn't happen all the time and it happens when you least expected when you walk in one day and there is breaker that has been tripped and that is strange it shouldn't happened. I thought I had a problem with one specific breaker, but he went through we checked everything and I helped him, it was easy. He was very personable, very nice guy. We spent some time together and it was great. What he promised me he said he was going to send me a print out of the layout of the box and I have already got that and so it was good. The price was reasonable. He was very thorough and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

The team showed up promptly as scheduled. I had bought the Big Deal, thinking that 2 hours of labor would complete my tasks, and it did. The only thing I paid for in addition was the parts. I did have to call them back because the location they mounted the outlet didn't work - it was in a place that caused the stove cord plug to hit the back of the stove, so the stove would not sit flush with the wall. They came back and moved the outlet to a better spot at no additional expense. THey did great work at a good price. I will hire them again, as I have rental properties that will occasionally need expert help.

Fantastic. The technician was very knowledgeable and restored lighting to our bathroom, bedroom and hallway. Work was completed within the 2 hours and there were no extra charges. Great experience.

Electrician and crew were not able to recreate breaker issue. Three minutes after they left the house the breaker blew again. Maybe it needed to heat up to "blow". Owner came by later same day to try and recreate the issue. Unfortunately I was not home. Their responsiveness was good. However, the issue is not yet resolved. Their professionalism lacked a bit of refinement, but they are nice people. When the first crew was leaving, an arbitrary invoice cost was tossed out for the service call and tightening of wires that was outrageous. It was much higher than I was told on the phone. I was able get the price down to $100. I may reach out to them one more time for help since I originally chose the company for their good Angie's List reviews.

I purchased an Angie's List "deal" for two hours of electrical service for $99 to repair on outdoor outlet, install a dimmer switch and new smoke detectors. He was on time and completed all work in well under the two hours. I'm very happy!

Abbott Electric Inc. was absolutely incredible. I loved the quality of their work, the efficiency of the amount of work done and the personable nature of the gentleman that worked and the potential follow-up that was provided, if need be.

Work done professionally. Very pleased.

All went fine with the exception of them having to leave to get tools; however, they did not charge me for this time so I was okay with that as I had planned to be at home anyway. They took care of the job and took the old fixtures away which helped. I would definitely use them again.
