They did a good job.

This electrician was chosen because I purchased a deal on Angie?s List. I contacted the provider prior to purchasing to confirm the service area. After the purchase, the provider contacted me to schedule the service. This was unusual because usually when I have purchased any discounted deals, I have to initiate the service. I was instantly impressed with the company?s initiative in provide fast efficient service. The appointment was scheduled for an afternoon time period. I contacted the provider to make sure they would call me 10-15 minutes prior to arrival and inquired when in the afternoon I might expect the provider. They indicated the morning job was taking longer than expected and would arrive around 2:30-3 pm. At 3 pm, I received a call that the provider was still at the morning job and they would be another hour or two. A was contacted at 5:30 pm that the provider was on their way and would arrive in about an hour. I was impressed that they would drive that far after hours to make sure the service was performed on the day scheduled. The service providers were very personable and worked efficiently, completing everything needed in the time allotted. I would use again.

Guys arrived on time and did the work in about 45 minutes. Everything went well and they cleaned up dust afterwards. My only small complaint was the gouged me slightly on extra costs for Romex and supples purchased at Lowes.

The two gentleman arrived on time and performed the job to my satisfaction. Cleaned up any debris they had created performing their job. Great job guys! Thanks Angie.

It was great. They arrived on time and went straight to work with my husband explaining the problems we were having. In no time the found out was was wrong (water getting into the exterior outlets) replaced parts as needed and sealed the area that was leaking. We asked if they would be willing to install two new light fixtures in the bath and they did it within a short period of time. Both men were professional and polite and we enjoyed talking with them. We would definitely use Abbot Elec. again if needed.

They called when they were on their way, arrived on time, and performed the work. Our overall experience was excellent. These guys were great and I will for sure use them in the future!

Their price was good. They did a great job on the dining room and the entry way but in the bathroom, it was a vanity light they were replacing. Evidently it was a tricky fixture to hang. They had to hang it differently than the one that was there. The thing I didn't like was that the guy who was installing the bathroom fixture just kept getting really frustrated. He was supposed to be the expert so I didn't appreciate his frustration. He kept trying it three or four different times. The kicker was that it seemed like he just kind of gave up. If I hadn't checked it before they left I would have been left with a loose light fixture. Once I pointed it out he was able to correct it and everything was fine when they left. I just didn't appreciate having to catch them on it and I wouldn't have them back because of that.

They did a great job. They were fast and efficient. They came when they were supposed to come.

They did what I expected of them. They did good work. They were very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable.

I would absolutely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone. I am totally pleased with this company an their work.

The work turned out fantastic! The cost was reasonable. They showed up on time and they were very pleasant. I have since had him back to complete additional work since the first visit.We will be calling them again to install a third chandelier.

The work was good. Hank is a nice guy and got the stuff done that we needed. The work went well.

They did what they said they were going to do. The guy was helpful. He gave me a price and he stuck with it. He has good communication and explained what he was going to do in advance. It was a good experience.

I have hired them a few different times for other jobs as well. They have always done a good job! All the employees who have come out have been very nice. Hank, the owner, is a super guy.

Henry arrived on time, we had a discussion on the inspection and the generator and he went to work. He is a quiet spoken man, prompt, stayed in touch via text to ensure he arrived on time. A very nice man, very knowledgeable and with me being new in town, he is on my list for future electrical work.

We used the a year ago also. He has done a lot of out door fans and lighting. He wired and did lights in a barn. He also wired and hung lights in a shop area for us. I liked everything about him. He is a great guy. If I could give him higher than an A+ I would. It is not often that you find people that are that personable and that knowledgable that are willing to work with you on your schedule. He is someone that you can give a key to for the place and say here do what you need to do and not worry about him.

We liked them a lot. They were here on time, they worked within our budget, they made sure we were satisfied with everything, and they even did extra things. They had to dig up some of the yard and after putting everything back they waited a few days and came back and tamped it down some more so everything would be in place. They were great. Three different people worked on the project and they were just nice people to work with.

They are knowledgeable and are punctual. They have great service.

Overall, it could not have been a more positive experience. When we had the tree fall in the night, I first called a different company and, after an entire hour of waiting for a call-back, I called Abbott Electric. After I left a message, he called me back immediately. He offered to come out at that time, but was very upfront about regular hours vs after hours pricing and we decided to wait until morning. He came early the next morning exactly when he said he would and got to work. I am so happy that I called Hank. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked efficiently and answered all the questions I had. I will be calling him for any and all future projects for which I need an electrician. I highly recommend Hank and Abbott Electric. I really appreciate the great customer service experience during a stressful time.

Hank completed all of the electrical work for our attic rennovation. He was fabulous. Showed up when he said he would, did the work he said he would do, and didn't leave until the job was done. Wonderful work ethic! I wouldn't trust anyone else with our electrical!

We were planning to install a flat panel TV over the fireplace & so called Abbott Electric for the power and cable outlets and some other misc. work. The estimate was $495, but I added additional work after they arrived, so the final cost was higher. The two young men were punctual, polite, and helpful with deciding where to place the outlets above the mantle so the TV would cover them. They were able to run the cable to the wall but not connect it to our service-Verizon is required to do the actual connection. I love electricians-they don't have to cut off the electric to do their jobs and they work much faster than I can.

2 contractors arrived promptly for our estimate appointment on Oct 6th. I explained our needs, and they asked a few questions relevant to the job, then proceeded to check our existing electric panel and outlets. Quite conversational, easy to talk to, and polite. They were ready to get started right away, having tools and materials with them. However, I had time constraints, so they returned the next day. Got the job done quickly, quietly, and left no mess. Will definitely call them again for any electric work.

He was very professional, I thought the price was fair and he was an all around nice guy.

Very timely. Very concerned about my experience with the total process. I plan to use them from now on. They are that good. First of many projects I plan to use them for.

Henry is one of those guys who loves to share knowledge. He came on time, answered every question until I was satisfied I understood the answers and did a terrific job of correcting problems and installing new lights and plugs. I'm confident in the work that was done and will call Henry for future electric work at my home.
