I was disappointed that I paid for this service and no services were provided. The electricians were friendly and professional, just couldn't do what I needed done for the price I paid. I would consider using them if a future need arose due to their courtesy.

The 2 man team were very friendly and did all of the work i requested. The one in charge did did more standing around and had his assistant do most of the work. If they had shared the work equally, perhaps the total cost would have been lower.

They arrived promptly, did the job and it took less than one hour. I was impressed!

The two men arrived early. They were so polite and professional. I will definitely use them again. They obviously love their job because they were so enthusiastic about making me satisfied. They have pride. Thank you.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. The service was excellent. We were very pleased. They were punctual and very professional. They provided what we expected.

They were a little quirky. They didn't show up on time because there were two people that both bought the deal with Angie's List near the same time so they sent my appointment to the other house and they came out later but they were a little confused. They saved me a lot of money because there was a fan out of balance and I thought I had to replace the whole fan and all they did as rebalance the fan and that was it. The scheduling thing was not supposed to happen.

Two service men arrived and we were surprised at that as we thought we were getting an electrician for two hours but we got two for one hour. This was off of an Angie's List Big Deal, and I didn't go back and read the fine print, but I will next time. When you buy an Angie's List Deal always check to see how many men per hour the deal says. Anyhow they arrived on time and disconnected a hot tub and installed a fan. They knew what they were doing. The only thing I would say is that from how they progressed on the work, it seemed that both jobs could have easily been done by one person. But for $99.00 I was good with it.

The service was horrible. We needed them to move an electric wire plug for a dryer. It was in the utility room. It needed to be moved from one location to another. They moved it, but they made a huge mess the way they did it. They moved it over but they did not finish putting the plate and everything back on it. The worst part of the whole deal was that I paid for like a two-hour deal and the work they did took about one-hour, half the time. Then, they left. I got charged double pretty much because I was supposed to get two hours, and I only got one hour. To me, they cut all the sheet rock and stuff to move it and with all the extra time that they had, you would think they would put all that back. They left a huge mess, and they were horribly nasty people. They did not communicate very well, and they worked basically half the time that I had paid for. I bought like for a two-hour for $99 or something like that. We actually had a little bit of other stuff for them that we wanted them to do like in the back patio. We talked to them about it, but really and surely, the fact that they just left everything in a mess. They tore out a bunch of stuff and cut out a bunch of stuff, and they did not try to put anything back. It was not a good deal at all. It was the worst experience I ever had with an electrician. I paid double of what I should have paid according to the deal. If I am going to pay $99 for two hours, and I only get an hour I should have only been charged $49.

I was very impressed, Henry is the owner and he is the one that came out.They solved all my problems and I highly recommend them.

They did a good job. They came earlier than expected. They called me and let me know they had a cancelation and were able to come out soon after purchasing the deal.

Nothing. He never even called me back. He must be really rich.

Good Work, Reasonably Priced.

He was very good. It was just the two hours of electrical labor done for the big deal price. I had to pay for the fixture. They were very reasonable.

The service was fine, I would recommend them. They were there when they were supposed to be and they helped with what I need to have done.

Arrived on time, installed fan and switches.

I called them to set up an appointment to have some work done as we were getting ready to sell our house. We soon found out that we didn't need the work done, so we called and cancelled the appointment. He was professional, and understanding on the phone and quick to respond.

I first contacted Abbott about my garage GFCI tripping and losing power to my refrigerator. I talked with Henry and he said either it was a bad GFCI or we needed to put the refrigerator on a new circuit. I thought it was the GFCI because we had others replaced before so Henry agreed to install one. Henry showed up on at the appointed date and time on Tuesday and installed it. I told Henry I was going out of town on Monday and if the new GFCI didn't work could he come back later in the week if we needed a new circuit. He said he would try but they were booked through Friday. I asked if they worked Saturday and he said they didn't. Well sure enough later that day the new GFCI tripped again. I couldn't afford to have this happen while I was out of town so I called Henry back. He said he would call me back later that evening and let me know if he could work me into the schedule. Henry did call back as promised and said they couldn't work me in but that they would come out on Saturday to help me out. Needless to say I was extremely impressed. On Saturday Vertis and James showed up as planned and installed the new circuit and even did some extra work I had asked about on Tuesday. Amazing! Well, it gets better. After they left on Saturday I was installing some plywood in the attic to store some things and I ran a screw through a wire causing a short. I didn't know what else to do so I called Abbott even though they were closed. Henry answered the phone and said Vertis and James would come back. To make a long story short Vertis and James returned and quickly fixed the problem. These guys are unbelievable! Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and they will go the extra mile to help a customer in need. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I bought the electrical panel upgrade. It is a real great deal! Vertis did a great job, and all the breakers are well labeled. Because of that, I have them quote all the other items I'd like to do in my house. They are all reasonable priced. So I have them did all the other electrical jobs. Well done!

Excellent service. No more to be said

They came to do the upgrade. Upon looking at the panel, they told us that it did not need to be replaced. I truly appriciate their honesty. Some companies would just take the money even if it didn't need to be replaced. I can say they were quick to respond when we initially called them. We called them Tuesday and they were out to do the work on Friday. They were on time as well. Again, I am very pleased with their professionalism and letting me know it did not need to be replaced.

It went very well. They were on time and ensured they understood what was to be done. They cleaned up after themselves.I liked the work so I got a bid from them on more work. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a very good experience. They came out promptly when they said they would. I had 3 issues to be addressed and they fixed them all. They were out of there in about 20 minutes. They came in with 2 men. They were very efficient. They did a clean job and left no mess. They performed it as they said they would.

They were on time and very respsonsive to what was needed. they provided input to the actual placement of the can lights. Vertiz Kelly did a great job and kept me informed during the entire process.

Everything except the outside power receptacle was great work. I asked for an outside power receptacle to be installed on my outside porch. We already had a recessed receptacle on the north side of the porch so I envisioned the new one would be the same. I had to leave before they started working on the porch. When I came back I was unhappy to see that they installed the receptacle completely on the outside of the brick and not cut into the brick like the other one. A few weeks after installation and after moderately heavy rains, I lost power to most of my bedroom. After a few breaker resets I went outside to our porch to take a look at the newly installed plug. It was very warm to the touch and soaking wet (on the inside). The next day I attempted to contact Abbott Electric by calling the phone number on their invoice to no avail. (After closing hours I found another phone number with a different area code which allowed me to leave a voice mail.) Because I couldn't get in touch with Abbott and I needed power in my room I decided to fix it myself. When I uninstalled the receptacle I found two things which were quite disturbing. 1) A tag on the GFI receptacle clearly states that it is not intended for use in wet and damp locations. 2) One of the screws next to the label was rusted. I received a phone call from the owner, he was quite concerned and apologetic. After speaking with him I felt better about his company and his desire to please the customer.

They showed up on time and were very friendly. I had purchased an Angie's List deal for two hours of electrical labor to cover this. They went up in the attic and ran the lines and asked if there was anything else I needed them to look at while they were there...I did not need anything else at that time. Everything works great and I would certainly call them again to come out and do any needed work. Another company I contacted about doing this work said they would charge over $400 to do this same work because they wanted to add a new circuit to my electrical panel for this, which I am assuming was not necessary otherwise I would have been told the same thing from these guys.
